A little out of the way and it took a bit to be helped. The gentleman, however, was very courteous and friendly.
Aida GCustomer service was horrible. The truck was blocked by homeowner/business trash and wood that I had to move in order to get the truck out of the property while the business owner watched me do it.

Reina GThe address on their site led us to them but the number did not. We arrived to a broken down, dismantled property with no one in site. Was supposed to pick the U-Haul up at 1pm. Tried the number, no answer. Had to ask a contractor if he knows if we’re in the right place or not. He gave the contact number to us - which was different than the number listed on the website. We called U-Haul customer service and they couldn’t get ahold of the person, either. U-Haul told us to try to self checkout the truck. We tried but the location wasn’t lining up with the truck. We tried driving around the lot but the U-Haul app kept saying we weren’t at the right address and therefore couldn’t take the truck ourselves. Even though we were standing there looking at the truck we rented - the ONLY truck there, parked on the side of the road. We Called the number the contractor gave us and a guy answered and said he would call right back. A girl then called us and said she would be on the way she was only 7min away. We said ok. She arrived and didn’t know how to do it so was on the phone with who I’m assuming was the original person that answered the phone on the number the contractor gave us. He walked her through the steps on the phone. 1hr later, she finally figured out how to get the keys and give us the U-Haul, so we lost over an hour of rental time on that U-Haul that day. Yay. 0/10 stars.
