there was zero instructions on how to obtain the key when I reserved early pick up all that told me was to go inside and speak to someone when the business was closed for another hour. When I contacted U-Haul customer service and they got me the code so I could retrieve the key from the dropbox I went to start the truck and the battery was completely dead I had to have someone come jump the battery off and once the truck was started, it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. I don’t believe it’s the location. I believe it’s the company that’s the problem. because the truck was poorly maintained needing a lot of different kinds of suspension work. It felt like the passenger side front wheel was gonna come off at the first pothole I hit so no I do believe it’s a company issue because this isn’t my first bad experience with poorly maintain trucks and I’m sure t The truck I received goes from location to location.

The truck is only a 10' not a 15' as stated by company. Truck had trash in the cab and back of truck. I put the gas exactly as it was I took pictures and was still charged $48 for 10 gallons of gas. Stay far away they lie and scam you my bill was outrageous.

Matthew M0.99/mile adds up, plus the rental charge, tax, and insurance. I appreciate the use of the truck but my goodness the fees get expensive.
