When I arrived to pickup the designated unit, the fuel and mileage were both different from what was being reported in the app. I attempted to adjust the app to reflect the correct fuel and mileage but received an error message stating these lines could not be adjusted. I took a picture of the current mileage and fuel levels then reported it. The location still charged me for the full mileage that was incorrect on the app. I submitted a claim to the facility and still nothing was done.

Truck was dirty on pickup and engine light is on and business is closed and charge for dolly and did not have one in the truck
JASMINE AThe building had a temporary closed sign.Peolpe walking up and down the street some stopping and looking, cars pulling up looking and I had to sit in my car on the phone to get someone on the phone who had to connect me to someone who could help me. But once that person got on the phone I was at ease and understood and the online app was easy and quick. Wish I had known about the online in the beginning the process would have been quick for a location like that. Rhinehart farmers Market looks very much abandoned.

VANTAUN HI reserved a dolly with the truck, it there was no dolly when I came to pick up, the truck , the location was closed but the person that assisted me over the phone offered me to pick up one at a different location

QUINTIA LThe truck kept dying and is in due need of a wheel alignment. Customer service stated they were giving me an extra day for the inconvenience. So I had the truck a total of two days, but you all charged me for three. I’ve called to have this rectified and still haven’t heard anything back.
