The building had a temporary closed sign.Peolpe walking up and down the street some stopping and looking, cars pulling up looking and I had to sit in my car on the phone to get someone on the phone who had to connect me to someone who could help me. But once that person got on the phone I was at ease and understood and the online app was easy and quick. Wish I had known about the online in the beginning the process would have been quick for a location like that. Rhinehart farmers Market looks very much abandoned.

It's the app kept crashing couldn't upload photos correctly this time. Truck was on E at pick up and dirty floors.

I reserved a dolly with the truck, it there was no dolly when I came to pick up, the truck , the location was closed but the person that assisted me over the phone offered me to pick up one at a different location

Charged 81 for im not sure and the truck broke down

The truck kept dying and is in due need of a wheel alignment. Customer service stated they were giving me an extra day for the inconvenience. So I had the truck a total of two days, but you all charged me for three. I’ve called to have this rectified and still haven’t heard anything back.

The cabinet of the vehicle could be a little more cleaner but overall not too bad and operating fine.

No changes for improvement are necessary! Everything was exceptional from start to finish! Exceptional Customer service, Exceptional Understanding & Patience , & Easy Access, picking up the truck/keys!
