This location was by far the most amazing experience I have had anywhere. The service was incredible the guy who had helped me was so sweet and so kind and more than helpful. He made my day for certain. I will definitely be coming back to this specific location due to the service I had received 100/10 would recommend to a friend

As far as dropping off the truck and trailer at this location, gentleman came out started checking in the equipment. I asked him let’s go to the truck check the mileage check the fuel gauge. I brought the truck back exactly 3/4 or more of gas. I have a picture to prove it in my phone cause later when I got the final receipt to my credit card, he was charging me for gas Very shady and then I was asking him just other general questions while he was still completing his job duties he was like vague with me and first he was like you were returning the truck and trailer here you’re not just dropping the truck off and bringing in the trailer somewhere else I said no this is my drop off point both pieces of equipment at this location that’s what I signed up for And his parking lot to pull in with the truck and trailer. There was only one way in and one way out and it was off a very main road 25 a Mount Zion, New York, so the experience was below average honestly and what he did trying to charge me for the gas Not good at all. I know I called U-Haul and they credited me back that little charge for the gas but again what about some compensation back to me a refund of something? Professional company I don’t think so. All you do is trucks just keep getting rented. They don’t really get checked 100% like they’re supposed to. Please get back to me. Let me know what you’re gonna do? Thank you for your time.

Truck itself had an exhaust leak. It was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation in the truck. Major headache by the time I got back. I’d definitely recommend this location if they fix the mechanical issues. I had not choice but to drive it but was very uncomfortable with the loud noise

The U-Haul needs improvement. It never gave the the combination or identification of the key lock box. I had to call customer support to access the truck’s key. This wasted 30 minutes of our time on a very busy day.

Teach your people better customer service. Your people should be selling the product by explaining how the renting of a vehicle works. They can and should give renters knowledge of procedures. But also, I did not ask enough questions. COMMUNICATION WAS POOR ON BOTH SIDES.

This rental was excellent but I am commenting on a previous reservation I had to cancel prior to this reservation I had reserved a 20 ft truck at another location upon arrival the worker at that location did not know how to proceed with the procedure so I had to cancel and walk into this reservation but he only had a 10 ft truck which made my move more difficult and more expensive. I have rented 3 u hauls in the past year and two times in smaller locations employees don’t know how to process the rental. And I will add phone help was useless

The owner was more than helpful in accommodating my request to extend the time of the rental for me because i ran into a time problem. Absolutely totally helpful through the process. However, U-hauls online return system, which MUST be used after hours is not very easy (at least for me) to navigate. Taking photos at all angles is ridiculous. I should not have to work like a U-HAUL employee to return a rental I pay for.

The Dolly that I ordered was not included in the vehicle so I had to go to another location to rent one separately. Other than that, all was good with rental. Vehicle was clean, almost full on gas and easy to access.

The location itself was great but I had a billing issue and the Uhaul customer service is absolutely horrendous. On the phone for an hour and multiple transfers with no answers. Was charged for things that I responded NO to. This was not the locations fault. They just hold the keys. They can’t even change billing if they wanted to. UHaul needs hire some people that have a clue

I have a photo of what the dashboard viewed before I left the business getting the truck as well as when I left my house 2 miles from the business to return it. I dropped off the truck after U-Haul roadside assistance sent Hendrickson towing to come look at the truck at 12pm after I waited 90 minutes for their arrival..The 10' U-Haul had mechanical problems last night that caused it not to start....We tried over and over so we could get the truck out of the way that was blocking my landlords garage door..Thankfully it finally started, butI instantly stalled unless stepping on gas..It then went through the systemic problem over and over..When the mechanics came, they couldn't see why it had problems but the truck clearly isn't well maintained..It's beat up and wasn't that clean as it should be, but left that alone and marked off on it was ok...There were dents all over vehicle from prior usage, and wasn't running great the whole time till it stalled..I went 26 miles and left it with a full tank of gas and the manager wasn't there when I dropped off truck, so the receptionist girl said to just leave the key on the counter... This is the receipt I just got in my email..I want to be refunded for the gas charge and any other charges he tacked on because that's how he has it set up..His car was there, but girl said he wasn't.. probably so customer can't defend themselves about overinflating charges on your credit card when returning it...Your a sitting duck..He's a crook!!.. Here's my photo and receipt..I'm calling my bank in the morning if it's not credited..EVERY single time I use U-Haul there's a big problem with the truck, customer service screwing up reservation..One time it was 5 serious mistskes on the same reservation..Wring date, time, location etc..This is a terrible business service..I will not use or recommend U-Haul..Thus was the last straw!! TRUST ME! Donna Serpico till 12pm for U-Haul to send someone to come look at the truck..He could not figure out by replicating it but said customers sometimes put water in to replace gas and causes destruction if the vehicles..NOT my problem but obviously this is how they compensate themselves by targeting innocent customers sending them out in unmaintained trucks!! Mechanics documented everything in dashboard and they know I did too..When I left my house 2 miles from them it was a hair away from full! Rhinos lining documented on my receipt thst he emailed showing 3/4 of a tank!! NOT tolerating criminals!! Charges for 2.5 gallons of gas at $5 a gallon plus more environmental fees and taxes ..No credit for the inconveniences I endure of 4 hours waiting for mechanics or being stuck outside in the cold last night trying to get the piece of garbage to start to move out to a safe area!!

Was charge for additional fuel even though I put fuel in the vehicle. I only drove less than 12 miles and I took pictures of the mileage and fuel level before and after. I will be disputing this charge if its not resolved soon!!!

The check out process was not good. I was on hold with the 833# for 45 minutes before I got someone to help and the WiFi signal went in and out constantly. The below avg rating above was given due to the poor wifi, the place was clean and well suited for its purpose except for WiFi

Your advertisements are outright LIES. what faces potential customers implies that the vehicle can be rented for under $20, yet 0 customers ever rent that vehicle for that as their total cost of rental; it's only the initial fee. Honest advertising would disclose the average actual final, total, all-inclusive cost to rent it as the largest & most obvious number on every advertisement. The insurance you give the hard sell for right away almost doubles the cost. It's not until I'm already placing the order that you reveal that there's a "per mile" fee IN ADDITION TO needing to refill the gas tank or pay a ridiculous fee per-gallon. Demanding BOTH fees is highway robbery! It's also not large & absolutely, unmissably obvious before I filled in how much time I need it for that there's a large fee (exactly how much?) if I take 1 minute longer, I only saw that after the fact. I originally placed my reservation on a smartphone, there was one agreement in the process that I was required to open, read, & agree to, but the text was all too small to read & impossible to zoom in on. I requested a print copy of it from the people who gave me the keys, but I'm pretty sure none of the papers they gave me were exactly that one. I remember the words "drive defensively" or "defensive driving", some variant of that were barely big enough to read. There was no option to download a pdf version that I could find. The dimensions listed for the interior capacity are also lies, the width listed does NOT include the intrusion of the wheel wells. If I had a single, rigid, rectangular object of the dimensions you specify & it wouldn't fit in the back, YOU ARE A Liar! All liars must go to hell & burn forever. This experience has completely destroyed any trust in your company - I will never do business with you again unless I have exhausted all other options & have no other choice, & will share these atrocities with any who mention an intent to use your service.

The alternator light was on, the truck did not come with a ramp surprisingly, the door we’re not fully closed, there was constant wind seeming to rush in through the window while driving. Would not recommend at all. It made the move very difficult
