Thomas WIf they are elderly they need more time to drive as well as unload the stress on getting to athens on time was awful. I ended up continuously driving till 4am to make up time, losing sleep so I can unload on time to return the truck.

QUENTIN LI dropped off truck after hours and tried using the U-Haul app. I could not complete the return because it kept asking for a photo of the dash and after taking about a dozen I gave up. This location also charged me a ridiculous amount for a fuel charge even though the truck was returned with the same amount as it had when it was picked up.
Kevin RDO NOT USE UHAUL! The location itself and the staff were great( it was a 3rd party uhaul neighborhood dealer). HOWEVER payment is handled by uhaul directly. I tried to pay in cash and they said that they arent doing cash payments anymore so I was forced to use a card. The total amount the website told me when I reserved was 39.00 come to find out at the uhaul location that there is a bunch of hidden fees, Well my total ended up being like 60 bucks yet they charged my card $160.00 dollars saying it was a deposit that will be refunded upon sucessful return of the truck. I turn the truck in and they check it in no issues at all with the rental. Printed me a reciept saying that my $106.00 has been refunded. I STILL have not gotten my money back from uhaul. The staff told me that it should be put on soon at 5pm the latest. 5pm came and gone I called and I told them what happened and the uhaul guy on the phone told me she was wrong then immediately put me on hold where I waited for over an hour with no answer. I want my money back as I was told. Any other deposits or holds settle on my card SAME DAY. Uhaul is a crooked company and they are theifs. DO NOT trust uhaul DO NOT give them your cards. Use penske or budget rentals and you wont have to deal with being stolen from by a corporation who just doesnt care.
CORY SReducing time on paperwork is always a plus. The computer was sluggish so it seemed to take a while to load and print the papers. I did really like the phone check out and return. Cool. Truck was great, very comfortable and surprisingly easy to drive for 15 ft. Pleasantly surprised. It did use more gas than i had expected.

Rebecca BI had made my a reservation online and when I went to pick up the u-haul they didn't accept what they call pre pay cards so I had to leave to get cash and didn't get to pick up my u-haul at the set time but the lady was super helpful and changed my pick up time. The employees here really know how to provide the best customer service.
Rodger BI disagree that your per mile charge is .20 cents higher per mile for Friday and Saturday usage. This is gouging at its finest.

Timothy WWe had a terrible experience with uhal. It wasn't the location, it was the fact that we signed up for 24 hr pick up, I surely a couple of hours trying to ensure all was ready because it wasn't clear that it would be, then I finally went in online and put all the information the night before. But the morning if pick up, we still had to wait for the office to open and it made us late for our movers. We were VERY unhappy with how uhal handled this. Not sure we will use them again.

MARCOS PPeople were nice and accommodating. The truck had a 1/4 tank of gas and a dead battery so I sat there for a couple of hours until a new battery arrived. Although the truck was clean, I wondered if it was going to make 150 miles. Checkout was the worst. The U-haul app didn't work., got the runaround from Alexander. Finally Shelby helped out-very nice and took care of the checkout. Apparently there are glitches with the App-so if you can't check out you may get Alexander, who doesn't know anything ,and get frustrated sitting in the parking lot for an hour+ trying to get some help. I really can't say what was really on my mind when dealing with Alexander, so I hung up on him-that was the nicest thing I could do.
Tod MVery helpful as well. What felt odd was leaving the truck without anything saying I left the truck there. It was a little unsettling. Otherwise it was all good.
