They charged me fees they said they didnt know what they were for. Really how do they not now then 2 other fees supposably they were both taxes i never new we go charge twice for taxes. They told me return the truck with the same gas i did they said no it had more i have pictures but they said no it had more wtf no am not going back thats bull shit...

I did the online reservation and did the online check in as well to save me time when I arrived to the Uhaul location.I was attended by Tony when I got their he did this whole process again so that defeated the online check in purpose on top of that he said he didn't have the appliance dolley when I had reserved online and it showed that location had it I would have never waisted my time their i was upset cause they didn't have what I had reserved to begin with and what Tony does is give me a bad attitude and threats me with “I am not going to rent the truck to you okay because you are mad because I don't have the appliance dolley” after all I ended up getting the truck but he sends me to another location to go and rent the appliance dolley not only I'm waiting my time but my gas and mileage going to pick up this appliance dolley to another location so what's the point of reserving ahead of time if they don't have what you are promised .And I want a refund or some sort of credit .

At first I thought the online 24/7 rental was an awesome idea. I wasn't sure how it worked but figured maybe the key was already in the vehicle and unlocked by satellite. Well that's not the case, you're still bound by the hours of the location you're picking it up from because you have to walk in and get the key just like you always have. Not a big issue I just want people to be aware of that. Once I was inside and asking for the key, the employee still had to go over the entire contract even though I was showing it to him on my phone. Again...not a huge issue but just know that the whole process isn't as quick and easy as they make it seem. You might as well just walk in and tell them you want to rent a truck like it has always been. The online process doesn't save you much time.

Streamline the process. It takes almost 20 minutes to walk out with the vehicle. This has nothing to do with the site itself just the U-Haul process.

Tony didn't really know how to use in computer website and too many detail to ask specially with the license out of state. If Uhaul only for local then why accept the beginning other state license book the rent ???

I made sure to put two gallons in the tank before I left the truck at the shop. I only drove 10 miles in the city and they still ended up charging me 10 dollars for gas.

I called other locations in Rialto and Fontana but i made my decision to go with the mail center/Uhaul because of the initial service i got. The customer service was far above my expectation!! I train people to provide quality cust service for their companies and i recognized the quality service skills i got immedately upon talking to them. And so, i made a reservation with i think his name was Tony. But, when i went in to pick up the truck i was amazed because everything i was told happened and John was simply the nicest professional i've ever seen! He didnt waste my time, got me in and out, gave me an estimate of cost based on the information i gave Tony, and they were organized. John gave me service with a smile and sent me on my way and said be careful. I had so many questions because this was my first time renting a Uhaul but they were patient with me making sure i was confident and comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend this location!!! Thank You gentlemen, and may God bless you for being a blessing to me. :)
