I dont know what you can do to improve but when i got the truck it was badly stuck in snow and then anyhow after working hard for startight 3 hours we pulled out the truck . There was no wipers on the truck and truck was going to Windsor from Sudbury, it was so dangerous for me to drive without wipers but i had to because it was the last date to move . I dont had the other options. Because truck didnt had the wipers i had to stay in Brampton because it started to rain i wasnt able to drive in rain without the wipers. That costs me another $150 and movers waited for 2 hours while i was busy pulling out the truck from snow so i had to pay them as well $200 extra that costs me a total extra loss of $350 . So i am expecting a compensation of $350 at-least what i paid.

The lady that is responsible for this location does not understand how things worked she informed me that I had the truck for 3 days but only used the truck for one day I was informed that I would get a 2 day refund when I asked for it from the head office I was told that is not how it works that they get to keep the money.
GERALD MEnsure trailer lights work, units should have a tongue jack as they require 2 people to lift onto trailer hitch, unit roof was covered heavily with snow and ice and is difficult to clean prior to driving on the roadways safely.
DARRYL GOne light wasn’t working and I don’t think they had the means to repair it but customer service was good

PAUL PFor pickup, Representative, was not knowledgeable about completing rental. We have rented from uhaul dozens of times and not had this experience! Representative did not know how to hook up trailer. We had to lift trailer and hookup. When returning trailer, we approached Representative for assistance with drop-off. She said she would help in 5 minutes and she continued cleaning her hotel rooms for another half hour and did not assist us in any way. We had to Unhook trailer and call uhaul to do return. Would not recommend this location to anyone!!!!

michael MWould not recommend uhaul. Even though booking one month in advance, I was called to say the trailer wasn't available less then 12 hrs before pick up. Had to then go to another location 30 mins away and the location wasn't opened. Had to wait 45 mins. Then had to dig out the trailer from the snow bank.
