I didn’t choose to pick up from this location. My original pickup location didn’t have the size U-Haul I reserved because someone extended their reservation for it. U-Haul changed my pickup location but didn’t tell me the name of the location otherwise I would have declined that transfer. The place wasn’t open when we arrived even though it was well before their business hours were over with according to their Google business page. No one would answer the phone numbers listed. It took over 1.5hrs to even get checked in and then the key wasn’t where it was supposed to be. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again because of this experience. What a nightmare.

Donald WThe trailer I rented was missing one tire strap, and the ratchets for the tire straps were rusty. It wasn't a major deal since I was familiar with the owners at this location. I sprayed some lube on the ratchets, and they worked fine afterwards. I had additional tie downs that I keep in my truck. Overall, very satisfied with the location, equipment, and service.
