The trailer I rented was missing one tire strap, and the ratchets for the tire straps were rusty. It wasn't a major deal since I was familiar with the owners at this location. I sprayed some lube on the ratchets, and they worked fine afterwards. I had additional tie downs that I keep in my truck. Overall, very satisfied with the location, equipment, and service.
