A Very Slow Proces to rent it and deliver it again .. And the office said if we deliver it back again a difference place some are closer to where we live it'll cost $98 Exstra ..

FRANK WMy pickup location changed without notice and I wasn’t contacted by the original pickup location. I had to drive a total of 50 minutes for to pick it up and the same to drop off. Extra charge for gas and no apology from uhaul for the mix up.

ADA BNothing wrong with local site. Website and customer service are abysmal. Changes at the last minute. Incorrect info from humans in customer service. All of it was truly the worst I have experienced.
Anne FI called Stan's TV a week prior to pickup to learn more about the process. A gentleman from Stan's stated a truck with requested equipmt would be delivered to his location. My pick up time was 3pm. I was not aware that the pick up location was change until the day of.. After being told were the truck was, arriving late at Rich's, I was told none of the ordered equipment and pads were available.. Out of equipment since Memorial Day.It appeared to be a surprised to both locations that a truck was ordered. Both locations are online. How could they not know??
JANET BI requested a UHaul from location in Hoover Al, was changed to Birmingham 10 miles north, facility was not open for pickup, when we called number provided we were told they would not make it available until actual pickup time and said to come back. We then had to drive an additional 10 miles north to pickup a different truck. After being in military and moving every couple of year, this had to be the worst experience of any move we’ve done.
Sandra HI have never had any kind of trouble renting from this location. If we ever need a uhaul in the future we'll definitely be using this location.

Ruby HA walk around/introduction of the truck would be helpful. All of the information was available via the various informational stickers, but it still would have made the adjustment to a large vehicle easier.
