I dropped off the truck on a Sunday when Rick's performance was closed. I did call and speak to somone on Saturday and they were very helpful on the phone.

Jeffrey PCouldn't go over 65 without the vehicle squiling on the uhaul. Also the right side of the van was leaning so sat crocked the whole trip the customer service was fine. Need to maintain the uhauls better.

Because of his mistake, I had to take a much larger truck and he promised no fuel charges….locked my car inside when I tried to return truck, so I had to keep it longer. He charged me for insurance when I said I didn’t want, as I had my own. Uhaul corporate refunded the insurance charges. They requested the field manager contact me….he never did. Tried to reach field manager on several ocassions myself...he would not return my calls. DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM.

Fred RMy initial rental was a 10 ft. Your company guaranteed this size and it was secured with Card. I arrived and was told there were no one way 10 ft. Was directed to second location and given a larger vehicle. I should have received a credit ad this was not the size initially secured and it was far too large for the job. Money wasted.
Susan JUnloading horse feed by the bale from semi trucks make parking and entering and exciting the property a major problem.
Randall SGive customer call day before if truck isn't going to be available for some reason. Even though they gave me another bigger size for same amount. But I was ok with the change.

Robert TYour app did not let me return. It got in a loop. Every time I took a photo of the dashboard it went back to login. Did it 4 times. I called your return line and NO ONE ANSWERED. Held for 30 min. Finally locked the truck and dropped the key in the box. Your software and phone support are terrible.

Stephen RWe returned the truck one day early. The counter clerk said we were a few hours late, but said he would not charge us being a little late. When pointing out that our paperwork showed return date of Wednesday, that today is Tuesday. He told us that his computer had a different date??? The only way we found the return site was to notice a U-Haul truck in the parking area beyond the roadside trees. It was a farm/ranch parking area with a mobile home office. Our GPS did not clearly show the site. There was NO u-haul sign on the road, or in the parking lot. A road sign would be helpful.

Roger SWhen we rented this u haul the back we never checked but once we arrived at the house to load it we opened it up and the back was filthy.. looked like someone was hauling hay or doing lawn clean up with it...ain't filthy
Daniel DU-Haul Scheduling moved my order to this location. They called me to alert me. When I arrived the truck and trailer were connected and all set up to go. Since Scheduling moved my order I had to give them all my info again when I arrived

Markus JThe app is not very user friendly. I loaded the app and tried to verify my rental a day before and reservation does not even show up. When I called in about it they said it won't show until 30 minutes prior to pick-up time. That is not comforting when checking to verify your rental or learn how to use the app
