Repair the box trailer for all leaks!! Had some of my belongings ruined due to leaks somewhere in the roof. I will be filing a complaint and pictures of damages of items for damages.

The woman who called us about dropping it off was rude and wanted us to drop the truck off before the actual end date of our contract, which what day she was referring to was a Sunday in which they were closed, which made us felt even more rushed than we already felt. It made our move even more stressful, given the fact that we were already dealing with the fact that the engine in my car gave out 5 states from our actual destination. Overall not a pleasant return process.

when we moved here and our car fucked up we took it there and it was fucked up even more when we got it home. the uhaul was fine in good working order.

The internet was down when I went to pick up the trailer but they were able to help me and get me the trailer. Very pleased with the customer service and the equipment.

Equipment was clean but old, rusted, squeaky and did not fit the hitch ball well. A back reflector was taped on with electrical tape. The location rented from had just gotten the equipment in from somewhere else and had nothing to do with the age and functionality of the equipment. The trailer worked OK but bounced on the hitch ball with every bump.

We've dropped off two trailers here in the past month. The first time, we had no problems. The second time, they charged us for 3 extra days, when in fact we returned the trailer one day early. There isn't anyone available to answer the phone or meet you after they close in the afternoon during the week, and no one available on weekends at all. When I received an email with additional charges, I called to question the charges (mind you no phone call from them to discuss this with me prior to charging). At first the lady was less than friendly and questioned me if I was sure I dropped off on Saturday stating we were supposed to have been met by someone and checked in. I explained this wasn't the procedure with the first trailer and quoted her answering machine message stating service calls were no longer made on Saturdays. How would I know her answering service message if I hadn't attempted to call when dropping off the trailer? It was a holiday weekend and I understand no one wants to work on a holiday, myself included. With that being said, if your business is not available for personal check in of trailers, you will have to take your customer's word for the return date. It isn't the customer's fault you weren't available. I asked for a refund of charges due to the situation, and confirmation of refund. She did agree and returned my call to tell me the refund had gone through but there was no way to email the confirmation to me. She offered for me to pick up a receipt but I don't live nearby. Later I realized she should have offered to mail the receipt and she has my address. On a positive note, she was willing to refund. On a negative note, she questioned my honesty, wasn't as friendly as I'd expected, and quite frankly didn't seem happy to give the refund. I would try to find a different location if possible, but sadly being so rural this was our only option.

1. My pick up location was changed at the last minute. Having lived in the area & knowing the several dealers available, I question if this was necessary or if Uhaul was just redirecting business to another dealer needing business. Whatever, it caused me to travel an extra 40 miles. 2. There was absolutely no help to hook up the trailer. I was glad I had some previous trailer experience. The lady that waited on me said she did paper work only & couldn't help me hook up. Bless her heart, she was not able to anyway. 3. The trailer was very dirty. Not swept out at all. Lots of dry mud. 4. One tire had several bald spots. The other tires looked fine. 5. Turn lights & brake likes didn't work on one light. I trusted the other 3 would get me to my destination. (Besides, the dealer couldn't have done anything about it anyway.) 6. Not sure the surge brakes engaged every time they needed to. 7. Exposed wiring. It was partly covered with duck tape which came off in the rain. 8. Drop off location immediately noticed the balding tire. Upon inspection, he determined the trailer had a broken spring which caused the worn tire. Pick up location sent it out that way. Not good!

First, I reserved my truck for a Friday at noon. I get a message saying it wouldn't be ready until 4pm. When I called, they said that they didn't know if they'd even have the truck in. In a panic, I called Uhaul customer service. They said my truck was there and that she wasn't sure why they would tell me otherwise. The next day I go to get my truck at noon. The process took over an hour. I didn't get a contract because the printers weren't working. The woman just said hopefully they'll take the written note she gave me on my receipt. In the long run I did get a truck, so I guess that's a positive.

The cab of the truck was dirty -- something had spilled (perhaps a soda) on the seats and floor. I needed to clean the seat before I could sit down. Not a pleasant experience.

First of all, I made several calls prior to our reservation pickup date to this location and was always told that they could not guarantee that the truck and trailer that we ordered would even be there on the date and time we reserved. I explained to the Rick's employee more than once that waiting around "hoping" that the equipment will be there for the customer on said date is NOT how business is done. A customer, such as I in this incidence should not be left to worry if the reserved equipment will be there when they ordered it. Secondly, when I did speak to a different Rick's employee on Thursday Dec 29, I had to call them to again check to confirm the status if my equipment was there for us to pick up when they opened at 8 A.M. on Friday December 31. The employee said that the staff "doesn't know how to do U - Haul", and she continued to say, " well, I can TRY and come in a little after 9 AM and try to do the U-Haul transaction". Making me, the customer to feel like I was imposing on her day. Thirdly, when we went to pay for the transaction, the Rick's employee tried to charge us for extra insurance that we did not request, which was about 50.00 more. The whole experience caused me, the customer extra worry and anxiety as this location really acted as if they could care less if our truck and trailer were there for us at the time we had reserved it for. I would NEVER suggest using this location to anyone. Also, it really has turned me against trusting the U HAUL brand name that in the past I have always used. We are looking to still move a few more times for our work, I would like to continue to give UHAUL our business and hope that this grievance of how I was treated as a customer will be resolved. This independent dealer is representing your brand name UHAUL, but they are the furthest thing from professional and reliable. What bothers me the most about this dealer is the attitude of the employee that said " well I GUESS I can come in after 9 AM to help with the transaction". Any compensation back to us for the grief that our UHAUL experience from Rick's in Blackwell, Oklahoma caused us would be greatly appreciated.

We were redirected to pick up the trailer in a completely different city with limited time to get there. We had to rush to the new location to find that the office and pick up locations were in different addresses. Driving to the office and back to the trailer location before the office closed!!!! The trailer had no stand to be able to Unhook it while loading! We could not Park it in a parking space and load it. This lack of needed equipment made the process much more difficult than neccessary!

Walk over with your customer. and make sure it's cleaned out all the way I have used uhaul a lot of time this was my worst experience with uhaul I hope this store gets better

People there were amazing. The system was having quite a difficult time and it took about 45 minutes to just get the system to recognize my reservation and process it. However, the people were so nice I stayed where I otherwise probably cancelled my reservation and went to a competitor.

I have no comment on the pick-up location--my problem was with U-Haul for not providing a truck when and where it was "guaranteed", causing me to lose a day of loading and the help that I had lined up to assist me loading and jeopardized the availability of the help I had lined up to help me unload at the destination. I was "guaranteed" pick-up at 8:00 AM in Ponca City, and I finally--after several e-mails advising me of progressively later "guaranteed" times--drove away from Blackwell, about 25 miles away, about 3:00 PM. It seems to me that someone should compensate me in some way for the inconvenience, but I understand that the pick-up location had no control over the delivery of the truck.

I appreciate the gentleman lowering my charges since i was coming from out of town to pick up the truck. This was my first experience on using the service and i feel that i will definately use them again. It was worth the drive to get such excellent service. :)
