I rented a trailer and I didn’t know how to hook up the trailer to my vehicle. The person at the store was just standing there looking at us and I asked if he was gonna help us and he said it will cost more if he helped us. I asked if he could give us some guidance which he did (thank goodness), but I don’t understand having to pay more for someone at the facility to put the trailer on your vehicle. Any other location I’ve ever been to has hooked up the trailer to the vehicle and ensured that the light cable was connected properly and of course I had to verify it. The lights on a trailer were actually working for my vehicle but this experience was a bit overwhelming. Additionally, I had a 1pm appointment to pick up the trailer. I arrive promptly at one and the door was locked. I had to call someone and then they had to call someone to come and meet me at the location. The gentleman who showed up (who couldn’t assist without an additional fee) was not able to process the transaction. I had to communicate with the transaction person using his phone via cellphone speaker on the opposite side of thick plexiglass which was annoying. Go to an actual U-Haul business. The U-Haul side business is not worth the aggravation. Moving something brings its own amount of stress.

It was closed so no personnel. I appreciate the drop box. Location needs smoother path for small/regular cars

My pickup date and was changed due to product availability. As a result, I had to send a family member to pick up the trailer. I may have missed the instructions, but I did not know what information and documents to send with him. Thank you so much for working with my poor Father who I sent totally unprepared. Your representative was so accommodating and professional. Thank you. Next time, please send the 'U-Haul instructions for Dummies' version of texts/emails and I will try to make the process go smoother. But please know that the lady at Rick's Towing was great and I want to send her a thank you.

This location had an issue with the U-HAUL system and had to call U-HAUL tech support to do our paperwork. We did not need the delay.

I had requested a dolly and there was not one supplied. The individuals who took care of us seemed to be in a rush and although they hooked up the trailer, they failed to make sure that the hitch was connected properly. I would much rather families be safe then have fast service.
