Dealing with the owner was great. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. I would love to see U-Haul do more for this guy and his business. He has a good location to Southwest Allen County residence. Under most circumstances I will now go here for my U-Haul needs vs driving to Coldwater Road/Fort Wayne U-Haul as I always do. If you want to get in and out with your U-Haul rental and also get the personal service you want by working with the business owner himself, this is the place to go. If all you need is a U-Haul rental and not all the extra moving supplies, consider this location.Daniel M.

They didn't open until 1 pm and I needed my car and trailer removed so my movers could unload the truck. I had to do it myself at my house and then Uhaul had the nerve to charge me another day!! I will never recommend Uhaul!!Susan K.

The place looks horrible I didn't even know it was the right place they was junk cars everywhere the owner was late so his friend who was helping him loaded up the u haul to my truck only to find out later it wasn't connected right and it popped off in the driveway of the furniture place I was going to which thank the lord it wasn't on The road while I was driving. This could have damaged my truck I am thankful it didn't but still very negligent and while I was watching the guy who fixed the mistake as I know nothing about trailers he definitely did not tighten it down properly. The way this business is ran is just bad I will never ever go there againSYLVIA L.
After 3 emails and a phone call, this was NOT our pickup location. Uhaul is famous for not having the truck at the assigned pickup location which I was told four times that it would be. Had to drive out of the way to get the truck, tire was low according to dash gage and they wouldn't fill it. Went back to the location where we were supposed to pick up truck and they filled it for us. Really? Get with it uhaul! A courtesy call saying the truck wasn't available at original location would have gone a long way. Not hard!Curt M.

This place left me feeling very uneasy. It's a former bank property with little signage and a tight, narrow little driveway that was cluttered with all sorts of Uhauls placed sporadically here and there. It was tough to get into and rather difficult to find a place to drop off the truck. There wasn't anyone around.KENT K.

I was parked in when I got there so luckily there was someone there. The inside and back of the truck were dirty and I sent the truck back cleaner then when I got it. It said the truck was full when I got it but it was only at half tank but the gentle men that was there told me it would be fine. The miles were also not right and he said I wouldn't get charged for more mileage and I did. So far the worst experience I've had with a uhaul ever. The location was very convenient for me and that's the only reason I rented from there.Tessa D.

This location is very challenging for the return of large trucks (I had a 26'). The parking lot is less than ideal for navigating and the uhaul return area is small with several obstacles that need avoidingCharica H.

Even though I had a reservation email, I arrived at 10a, and the location wasn't open. I called and the agent didn't have the reservation number, nor was he even at the location. I had to reserve another uHaul, because he didn't have the right size at the site, and ended up wasting another 30-45 min reserving and picking up another unit. When I finally did get the unit, I had to return it before 5pm in order to use a different card as the payment method. So I payed $60 to keep the unit for 5hrs instead of 24. I will never use or recommend that location again.SCOTT S.

This location needs to be rethought. The area the 26' truck was parked was Very VERY difficult to drive from or park in the available space because the is little driving room and the area is bordered by trees which become a barrier to leaving and to situating the truck. The big tricks should be in the spaces farther to the north and the smaller rentals to the South.Michael L.

This location was very strange. UHauls mixed with used cars...after hours drop off was confusing.Michael N.
I had called this location to verify that your units had cruise control and he said yes. But, they don't. I have a bad knee and it was quite and ordeal for me to drive this unit 600 miles with my foot constantly on the pedal. The truck drove well, the fuel economy was poor (but that ends up falling on the renter). Finally, I was told to leave the fuel level at 3/8th but when I took possession of the unit, tank was at 1/4 full.Phillip S.
