Maybe provide the equipment that was requested and not provide crap for service. I expect a partial refund for service I was provide through my uhaul experience. It was extremely poor.

Lisa LWhen I arrived no one was at the facility which I was told opened at 9:00am. They couldn’t find the keys to the truck. They sent us pictures of the truck they couldn’t find the keys for, which it didn’t have any damage on it but then had to give us another truck and it had damage and it was dirty in the cab and the back of it. Then they we're going to let us leave with that truck but without sending us the correct info on it such as pictures to verify it was the truck I was getting, until I realized it had damage and the pictures they sent me of the other one did not and it had a different tag. So they had to correct that and send me the correct pictures before I could leave which held me up on the move I was making. It was a bad experience.
Stephanie PThe trailer worked as expected and was a great value. I was surprised when I got a message days later saying I hadn't returned it. I drove to the store and saw the trailer was there where I left it so I guess they just hadn't checked it back in.
THOMAS EThe company I picked my rental up from was less than organized and had no idea I was coming. It took them an hour to get me into my rental and then when I did finally get the truck the mileage was off by over 150 miles. When I returned my rental 3 hours later I told them about the mileage and he said no problem I’ll check it in and fix it. It took them 4+ days to check my rental back in. Once they did they are saying I used it for 200+ miles. VERY VERY unhappy with this experience with U-Haul!

bruce nI had a reservation for a 9:00am pick-up. I arrived at 9:00am, but the location was still closed (their sign said they open at 9:00am). I called another location to try to find and reserve another available truck instead. The employee at this location arrived at 9:20am, right as I finished the reservation change. I did end up getting my original truck, the employee was friendly and apologetic, and the rest of the process went smoothly, but I did lose time with the delay.
Bethany MI’m upset that I was charged for 2 days when I only had the truck for 12 hours. That’s bullcrap. If I was able to get the truck at 8am and turned it in at 8pm, I would have only been charged one day.
