I have used U-Haul in the past and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I also did not even get to use the truck because I was supposed to meet someone at a certain time and I did not get the truck until 50 minutes after the time I was supposed to pick it up.

Great experience all around!
The trailer had 2 lights that were not working. I had the rental scheduled for 9am and I didn't leave till 1030am. The repair shop owner was kind enough to make sure it was in good working order when I left. This is unexpected time loss for me that cost me money and stress. These trailers should be kept in safe working order. Tail lights and signal lights out is not acceptable.
Blue island location was helpful but before I got transferred there, Uhaul had sent me to the Garvey location and they didn't have my reservation or even any knowledge of it. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION between uhaul and their vendors. Do I have to call every time to confirm my truck is there on that day? That shouldn't be the customers concern

The person was welcoming and laughed at my jokes.
The vehicle ran great however upon returning the vehicle I was told that there was a scratch on the bumper that I put there. I asked the dealer did did he inspect and document any other scratches or damages before he gave me the vehicle and he said that he didn't have to document it but that he remembered That the scratch wasn't there 5 days ago. I am being charged for damage to the vehicle based on his memory. Very disappointed.

This was an overnight dropoff that charged my credit card for an additional $46 that was unauthorized. I had to call my bank to have the charge reversed. This was the worst experience ever with UHaul as a result I will consider other means if I have a need in the future
Your Reservation department is GARBAGE! I spent more than an hour and a half with getting the reservation and fixing all the issues they caused by making mistakes and just being terrible.
The equipment provided with this location and Uhaul was faulty and caused a fire. There was no fire extinguisher provided by Uhaul either. The negligence in the maintenance of the trailer provided by Uhaul could have caused me serious harm and destroyed all of my belongings.
The location the truck was left at was closed on Saturday so the key was left in the drop box.
The Gentleman DJ was friendly kind and able to explain the use of all the equipment and was very helpful
Wish I could give them a 0. Poor customer service. Nickel and dime you for everything even though they don't know how you received the truck. Will charge you for things out of your control. Do not recommend this drop off location.
I was wondering about the $25.00 clean-up fee, because I returned it pretty much as I had picked it up. I have never seen a clean-up fee ever before from uhaul.
Wonderful service, will recommend this location to family and friends.
