JANNIE LI was ignored when I walked in ,then finally I was helped , I was told to make sure I sweep the truck out because he don’t like for people to lose their $25 when they was gonna take the $25 regardless, there was nothing left on the truck we only moved big items no trash to be left and I checked before I left the key , they are full of it and don’t expect your money back when you go here , U-Haul need to get rid of this location they are terrible I should have read these reviews before I rented but it was in my area so I tried it I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE

RICARDO RThe gentleman that waited on me was very courteous and accommodating. I thought that I had placed a reservation at his location only to find out that I didn't complete the reservation. So the only truck that he had was already reserved for later that day. However, he allowed me to rent the truck for a few hours to transport some totes and boxes. It was a great help and I really appreciate him being able to accommodate for the time that he could, I would definitely go back to his location when I need to use Uhaul again.

Nicole WMake sure this vendor has a computer with no glitches. I had to phone in seceral days after dropping off truck to verify they took off charge for safe move. I didn't want it and they're computer wouldn't let them remove it. 1-800-Go Uhaul had to intervene

Nelson RUpon renting my truck the Representative didn't do a walk around but informed me truck was good and to take pics of any problems. ( No problem) Upon returning (different rep) completed walk around and told me I was better ng charged $25 for not sweeping truck. I said wait one minute truck is clean. We walked to truck and he picked up a screw that was buy the door dropped it back down and said I can't rent this like this . There were THREE screws in the truck. A simple hey you got a couple of screws here or just picking up the three screws would have been better than the nasty attitude. And to pick it up and drop it back down. HELL NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
TANITA BThe uhaul was 2 hours late, effecting our entire moving plan with other affiliates. I tried to communicate about the situation, and all I was told was “the truck was returned”. I will never use uhaul again.

linda sI have used U-Haul in the past and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I also did not even get to use the truck because I was supposed to meet someone at a certain time and I did not get the truck until 50 minutes after the time I was supposed to pick it up.

Rick LThe trailer had 2 lights that were not working. I had the rental scheduled for 9am and I didn't leave till 1030am. The repair shop owner was kind enough to make sure it was in good working order when I left. This is unexpected time loss for me that cost me money and stress. These trailers should be kept in safe working order. Tail lights and signal lights out is not acceptable.
Jeff FBlue island location was helpful but before I got transferred there, Uhaul had sent me to the Garvey location and they didn’t have my reservation or even any knowledge of it. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION between uhaul and their vendors. Do I have to call every time to confirm my truck is there on that day? That shouldn’t be the customers concern

Gena BThe vehicle ran great however upon returning the vehicle I was told that there was a scratch on the bumper that I put there. I asked the dealer did did he inspect and document any other scratches or damages before he gave me the vehicle and he said that he didn't have to document it but that he remembered That the scratch wasn't there 5 days ago. I am being charged for damage to the vehicle based on his memory. Very disappointed.

rolando mThis was an overnight dropoff that charged my credit card for an additional $46 that was unauthorized. I had to call my bank to have the charge reversed. This was the worst experience ever with UHaul as a result I will consider other means if I have a need in the future
Linda GYour Reservation department is GARBAGE! I spent more than an hour and a half with getting the reservation and fixing all the issues they caused by making mistakes and just being terrible.
scott dThe equipment provided with this location and Uhaul was faulty and caused a fire. There was no fire extinguisher provided by Uhaul either. The negligence in the maintenance of the trailer provided by Uhaul could have caused me serious harm and destroyed all of my belongings.

Richard CWish I could give them a 0. Poor customer service. Nickel and dime you for everything even though they don't know how you received the truck. Will charge you for things out of your control. Do not recommend this drop off location.
shondalin gI was wondering about the $25.00 clean-up fee, because I returned it pretty much as I had picked it up. I have never seen a clean-up fee ever before from uhaul.
