My rental pickup was delayed by 30 minutes simply because I was not given the entry passcode to the locked facility ahead of time. Standing outside the gate, I was unable to reach anyone from U-Haul or the facility until 30 minutes had passed. I was then late on an agreed upon time with a seller. Once I was given the code, everything was normal, just did not start off well

Initially it was difficult to access the lot. I was not given a code to the access gate ahead of my arrival but once I got the code it was easy. I was over charged for the rental. It was claimed that I drove the rental over 170 miles when I only drove it maybe 17. I have not been contacted to fix this issue.
Casimir GBrianna was not well prepared for my arrival. Ridgewood storage had no uhaul supplies at the location including the 10 blankets I preordered online. She did not seemed to be trained properly on your system and had no idea how to hook up trailer. They are in an enclosed area that requires a key code. I had to call her to get in and when I dropped off the trailer I could not get out without the code. Had to crawl under the fence to renter the code. Complete disaster from the beginning and would not recommend to anyone.
Barry KEasy quick in & out. Only thing I would recommend is having a U-haul sign so people know they're at the correct location.
Rebecca DI was assigned this location, which was almost an hour from my destination. I passed several other uhaul dealerships on my way.
