This U-Haul location has excellent customer service. This operator needs to train other local sites on how to help their customers including Fast Tracks Canton LLC and Spare Parts Storage. I understand this is not a business that needs a 24/7 person in the office. But I called Spare Parts Storage to cancel and reschedule a truck for me and it was not done. Then I was scrambling to find a truck. Ridgeway's KC's Car Care was there to help the whole time. He needs to be the larger distributor in the Dover New Philadelphia Oh area. Since I rented a 26' truck from another location and they wasn't open when I went to pick it up and had to call customer service and they redirected to another location to get a 20' truck which meant I had to make extra trips which cost me more money in mileage, I wouldn't not recommend uhaul to anyone but KC's was very professional which I will recommend his personal business to anyone but not the other one n which I called both numbers on his business window and never got a response until 9:30 and I was suppose to pickup at 9 I was in the other truck from KC's and that clown had the nerve to ask me if I was picking the truck up.

Fabulous experience at Ridgway's! Excellent customer service! The owner made sure we had plenty of miles for our move and added an extra day so we didn't have to stress. After a terrible experience with a moving company that resulted in our need to rent a Uhaul, this experience was refreshing! Thank you so much Ridgway's!

I don't recall the man's name, but the employee was EXTREMELY helpful. My husband had never towed a trailer with his truck before. The Uhaul employee hooked everything up for us and went over everything we needed to know about packing and hauling the trailer. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Two weekends in a row uhaul has made my move very difficult. You send an email with one pick up location that I agree to but then change it a day later. Last weekend you tried to make me drive 20 miles away to pick up the uhaul. This weekend I get an email to pick up at a certain location and it took 3 phone calls before that place could answer my question. Found out it wasn't at that location and had to go somewhere else. This service is confusing and ridiculous to your customers. If you would like you could call me at 330-340-3002 Melanie Day and I'll explain in detail about my crappy service. Moving is tough enough without all the crap I dealt with from uhaul.

They were very helpful and friendly. The truck I ordered was there and ready for me and when I returned it, they came right out and showed me where to park it and immediately checked the gas gauge and let me know that I was good to go!

I reserved a truck at this location on line. When I showed up at the location the business was closed and no truck in sight. Called u-haul and up having to drive 35 miles to get a truck. I will never use u-haul again.

Not a thing. All went smoothly at this location. One issue with the availability of small open trailers in Tuscarawas County. Never seem to have them. Was lucky to find this one after searching all locations.

The people at this location were AWESOME! When we arrived and started the check in process using our phone we noticed that instead of getting a 15 ft truck, we now had a 26 ft truck. Thinking this was an error we went inside. They explained why and took off the charge for the covers because there weren't as many as what we had originally ordered. They were friendly, explained everything, and very professional! I would go back there in a heartbeat!

I would honestly like a check refunded to me because a 3 hour trip turned into a 7 1/2 hour trip because we had to stop a total of 18 times to fix the uhaul lights because they kept going out we actually had to buy bulbs because 2 of them didnt work. They let us leave without the lights working it was just a a bad trip because of that

Maggie and Adam were very friendly and helpful with my towing needs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Adam came out with an umbrella and showed me how to hook up and gave me advice on towing.

We were told of we used cash. Our 100$ deposit would be returned as long as we did not go over the mileage. Upon returning it. We didn't get any of that back, but did put more gas in then was in the tank before hand by over half a tank.

The trailer that I rented couldn't be rented for any less than four days and I only needed it for a day and a half which resulted in me paying a lot more than I should have.
