The guy that checked me out said he didn't normally work at that location and didn't seem like he worked at any location. I reserved a utility dolly but he couldn't find it. Said he wouldn't charge me for it but still did. I had to go to another location to get one and when that location call him and told him he did charge me for the UD he said he would refund me but never did. The cab of the truck was very dirty the console was sticking as if someone had spilled a coke and no one ever cleaned it up.

Jeffrey THad to call for assistance with after hours drop off (this was the location recommended by App). Took almost 30 minutes to located drop box for keys. Wanted to submit photos, but the person I talked to on the phone (U Hail rep) was extremely helpful and closed the contract for me. I still have not received a final receipt, and never get an answer at Right Move Storage (it goes to voice mail, but says voice mail has not been set up and to call back later).

What do you need from me right now?" My return was actually posted by someone else the following business day. It's a good thing that I had extra days on it.
