I did not realize the office was closed and I needed to use the app to access the vehicle. It is not the fault of the location and, had it been open, I probably would not have had all of the issues I did and would have rated higher. If I was able to speak t a person on site and get help, I likely would have had a good experience. The app is very difficult to navigate. I was required to verify my email, phone, license, selfie, and credit card on-site using mobile data which was very slow. It took well over 30 minutes to get the app to let me access my rental information. The app did not clearly tell me to fill the tank before I retuned the vehicle, resulting in a $51 charge for less than 1/4 tank. The word lock on the back on the cargo area stuck terribly and I thought I was not going to be able to access the keys at all. I lost an hour of transportation just trying to get into the truck.
