I did need to sweep out the truck and we didn't review the truck. I did not get charged for the dolly I ordered as they didnt have utility dolly only appliance. I don't hold this on the staff or location as they were short staffed that morning. Though I never received a confirmation call prior to the pick up. I had to call uhaul the morning to verify where to pick up and my time pick up time was pushed back an hour later to 10 am other than the requested 9amANDREA L.

The people at this location were rude. My contract specifically stated that I could return the rented trailer to "ANY" Uhaul location. However, they informed me that I "MAY" have to take it somewhere else. I waited for at least 20min before I was able to leave. This was, in part, due to their computer system being slow but also had to do with the persons working the location. I should've just dropped the trailer in a spot and drove away and made them deal with it. I would've been happier and less stressed. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!David A.
Location added insurance without telling us, my daughter picked up the uhaul and didn't know to ask. Also the roof was patched and leaked soaking our mattress. There was a paper but the person also did not tell us and my daughter didn't know to ask. I tried to rent it from the main uhaul location instead of this location because I've had issues with this location in the past however uhaul just assigned this to me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the rental experience!!hayley M.

Uhaul called me while I was on my trip to ask where I was dropping off the box truck, I said main street in Grand Prairie. So, then I got an email that said I need to drop it off somewhere near Hwy 360. Okay no problem, except it wasn't open when I arrived. My contract ended before 9am and this location doesn't open until after 9am. You would think Uhaul knows when my contract ends and when their locations open and would send me to an open location. Not in this case.wilfred W.
There is nothing to improve. Oscar at the location I went to, might have been annoyed by the 3rd time I called him and was doing by accident because 2 different numbers went to him but he wasn't he was awesome and I will always go back to this location. The uhual on 360 and 20 had at least q0 people and didn't move the 10 minutes I was there. I will never return to that location.DEBORAH C.

The representative at the counter was not knowledgeable and was just down right rude. The lady who walked in behind the counter was able to answer my questions in passing. The trailer did not have right turn lights, no license light, no stop lights. Drove only during the day, had to spend the night at a motel. Your people are nice, however. The oickup place sent me to the other 360 i20 Uhaul...still no lights. They were extremely nice at i20 and 360, and in mb..JANNAY V.

Wish they would have told us this location was closed on Sunday, we would have chosen a different location even if it was further from us. The location of this place was hard to access, the driveway was tiny and parking spots small.JAIME M.
When I made the initial reservation on uhaul.com, I tried to rent in Lewisville, Tx but for some reason or another, uhaul kept sending me to a location in Denton, Tx. News flash uhaul, if I wanted to rent in Denton, I would've looked in Denton. I needed to transport a motorcycle from Lewisville to Arlington, Tx. If I made my reservation locations on uhaul.com, then why send me to another location? If the locations that I chose did not have the trailer/truck, then why give me the option to choose that location? When I dropped off the trailer at my chosen location, the gentleman wasn't very customer oriented. After I told him that I payed the extra cost to rent a trailer from Euless and was dropping off the trailer in Grand Prairie, he told me that it would be an extra fee of $30.00! Why would I pay an extra $30.00 when a utility trailer cost $29.99 + tax local, or $43.00 + tax one way? After I told him that, he then quickly said, oh I mean ..... Blah blah blah! He then conveniently found my reservation and said, "oh there won't be an extra charge, it's all been paid." I call this terrible service and I won't be using this uhaul location again.STEVEN H.
I reserved my uhaul online for the location on on the access road of I20 and 360. When i arrived at the location I learned that my reservation had been moved to another location. It's not good customer serviced to do that when you have a stressed customer moving out of state. Also, at the second pick up location, the customer service rep was friendly, but the facility wreaked of cigarette smoke. The smell was less than inviting.DANIEL S.

The Store-More Self-Storage facility needs training on U-Haul truck & trailer rental procedures. The issues were: 1. The windshield and ashtray were not clean. 2. The contract said there was half a tank of gas, but there was only 3/8, which I didn't notice before leaving. 3. I rented 12 furniture pads, but the one bag I was given only contained 6 pads. 4. There were 5 areas of damage on the truck which did not have the damage stickers on them. The car dolly also had damage spots with no stickers. The facility did not have any stickers to apply, but the office manager was very nice in giving me a signed acknowledgement of the prior damage. 5. The office manager said she did not know how to hook up the car dolly, but we could figure it out together. 6. When I returned after loading the truck to get the car dolly, the manager said that the assistant was now on-site, and that he knew how to hook up the dolly. He did it properly except for having the chains too loose. I found that they were dragging on the ground at the end of my cross-country trip. 7. The assistant was not going to put my car on the dolly until I asked him for assistance. He said he would assist me but did not have liability insurance for the task. I drove the car onto the dolly, and he did all the securing. He advised me to leave the car in neutral. This meant that the front wheels were not locked from turning or rolling. After 50 miles, I found that the tires had turned and the straps had mostly come off of them. So only the axle chain was holding the car onto the dolly. I re-secured the straps and put the FWD car in park for the remaining 1400 miles, and there were no further problems.STEVEN M.

There was no place for me to sit while waiting for another customer to finish before I could be helped. Not everyone who rents a truck is hale and hearty. I am a disabled single mom whose teenagers and their friends were doing the heavy work. But, since I'm the one who was driving and paying, I had to stand and wait. The staff made me feel comfortable, and I will definitely recommend this site over the one on I-20 at Great Southwest.theresa H.

Provide information about toll road usage and charges. On site representative unable to answer question, but referred us to a toll free customer service number. I tried calling the customer service number TEN times and received hang-ups, dropped call from uhaul each time. UHAUL needs to improve 800- number service.Laurie S.

I have rented a tow dolly about 20 times when I buy cars away from where I live. I try to avoid calling the main 800 number because apparently the computer reservation system they use is terrible - VERY, VERY slow and cant ever find a location near where I end up yet if I get online I can easily find one?!?! When they suggest a location, they cant ever tell me 2 major cross streets - one is always a tiny street no ones knows of so it is not any help and apparently they don't see a map or the map is so poor it does not help. They also need to store my info instead of me having to tell them all of it every time.Gerry T.
