The wiper blades were useless, the box was filthy, and the cell signal was so poor that I had to run out and back to and from the truck at least fifteen times to go through the pick up and drop off process on the app. Just ridiculous.

The only thing I would change is to make sure that the ice is clear from around the vehicle and on the front steps it made it very difficult to take pictures
