Alexander TzavalasCheck your trucks and make sure they are clean and empty between customers. When I got to my storage unit there was a broken couch in it and it was a mess. There was trash all over the truck. Also the app stinks. It took me 20 minutes and restarting the app 3 times to finally check out the truck and I tried on 2 phones atleast 4 times each restarting the app and it would never load the page to take a picture and enter the milage. I never got it to work.

Getting the truck into reverse was challenging as it did not always engage. The rearview mirrors on the doors were broken and did not adjust or hold in place.
David McPhersonI appreciate Sean's approach and personality. I wasn't impressed with the fact that the truck still had someone else's candy wrappers in it, but that wasn't a big deal. The BIG deal was that the battery died while I was using it, and I was stuck at 9:30 PM hoping that someone would show up at my storage facility with jumper cables (because mine were parked at the U-Haul pickup location!). My wife couldn't leave the kids alone at the house so I was relieved when another customer arrived to save the day before I had to call roadside assistance. I don't think that was really the location's fault as a partner, so I have reached out to U-Haul to let them know my concern about the truck.
Jeremy HillOld Ford truck, 126K miles plus, very dirty inside. Had trouble shifting into Reverse. Just old and dirty. But it did what it was intended to do and that is haul our stuff from one location to another.

James FratusThe Uhaul online system was a nightmare, the picture part for pick up and drop off didn't work and took forever to pick up and drop off the truck. Wanted the truck for 8 hours (8-4) after it took 45 minutes to pick up the truck it told me to return it by 2. Then when I tried to drop it off and take a picture of the odometer it didn't work even after taking 7 pictures, the person who worked there was on break so I had to leave and come back 45 minutes later to finally drop it off and I wound up paying way to much money. Won't ever use Uhaul again.
Kim RuggeVehicle seemed to have a rear hub/bearing vibration at about 55 MPH. Location services would not recognize that I was at the location when I tried to check in, even though it was recognized 15 minutes prior to my final pickup. Vehicle was clean, however was in need of routine maintenance with over 100,000 miles on the vehicle.

PHYLLIS MASELLAThat mobile app just never works right- you've got to fix that. The last time I rented a Uhaul it didn't work, and this time it happened again. it just kept telling me it couldn't detect my location, but the location was definitely turned on on my phone. The previous time it was some other technical issue. Both times I had to end up having a person check me in. Luckily, this time (unlike last time) there was actually a person there in the office, who was very nice and helpful and was able to check me in. It's really frustrating that you have this mobile pick up/drop off app thing, that just doesn't function correctly.

Jason CirielloTruck was clean and had an odor of disinfectant, a reassuring thing in these COVID-19 times. The on-site staff was helpful in prompting me through the mobile pickup and dropoff process (from a safe distance of course). I would definitely use this site for truck rentals in the future.

Had to re due my entire order and was on a tight time frame, but she resolved everything as fast as she possibly could. You don’t see friendly hard working customer service that much these days.

The 15' truck was clean but could've used some maintenance as it seemed to not shift into gear very well, causing the truck to sound like the engine was racing longer than necessary until the shift completed. Also, the passenger door wouldn't open from the outside. It was a bit of an inconvenience however, everything else was great. I would rent again with the hopes that the next truck is better maintained.

John JohnsonWe were left with 1/4 tank of gas and then we were charged over $50 in fuel charges. We are not happy and will not be renting a uhaul again from here. We will continue to rent from where we normally do.

Then I called back 5-6 times, never got connected... called back and finally after being on hold for 20=+minutes got a person who was helpful.. But overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from UHAUL. (not the pick up or drop off locations - both were good)
