This local site was exceptionally good. The cargo van I rented had less than 2,000 miles on it, and was spotless. However, U-Haul's national reservation service was horrible, screwing up my reservation times and promising vans and accessories that were not available. Fortunately, the local site staff were extremely accommodating.chuck H.

The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. The staff from uhaul 1-800 number i called to book with was not helpful and they neglected to tell me i had to check in through an online app that i needed to download, Hate how companies are making customers do there work for them so they don't need employees and they can book there profit margin, as a customer i pay for customer service i shouldn't have to inspect there vehicle and send pictures through and app and do there job for them especially with the prices they charge.James L.

Was sent on a scavenger hunt picking up and dropping off the key, which lead to me sitting on the phone on HOLD with uhaul for over 20 minutes THREE TIMES. Nothing about this was easy or convenient. Wasted an over an hour first trying to pick it up, which made me late for my move out deadline, so now i'm being charged. Staff was rude to me on the phone, then another hour to drop it off. all around just a horrible experience.Allyssa G.

Exterior was dirty and interior had cigarette smoke odor which was noticeable to me but not to the agent assisting me. I did not receive any discount for taking a van which was not rented as expected.leslie R.
