I asked for a dolly, it was not one in the truck. I called the dispatch and they sent me to the location at 102 veterans I was told one will be there for me to pick up. I get there, no dolly was available. One of the ladies had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy a dolly. Wtf?!? I spent two hours on the phone and trying to find a dolly. Finally I got one from another location. Very unnecessary driving and time wasting because someone forgot to put the dolly on the truck. And I added extra miles from driving extra unnecessary miles because you guys gave me the runaround. Overall experience was terrible.

JOSE LVehicle wasn’t clean! Back bed was covered in a strange sticky substance, cabin smelled of cigarette smoke, and was dirty.
Alexander MRightSpace Storage did not have any of the items I requested to include the dolly and half a dozen cloths for transporting fragile merchandise. I would have not rented from that place if they would have told me that before I arrived. I made this reservation almost a week in advance. Unacceptable. This caused me to have to do more carrying than necessary thus causing more strain on my sciatic nerve. The vehicle was approximately 96% full. I noticed the gas meter drop quickly after driving 3-4 miles. After about the 5th mile, the gas gauge appeared to operate more accurately. RightSpace Storage needs to make sure that the truck is 100% full instead of barely touching the full line on the Guage giving the slightest hint that the truck is full when it is not. I cannot recommend this place. I will need to rent another truck next week but this time I will make sure it will not be from that particular establishment.

BILLIE WLocation was GREAT for me to pick truck up. Have more available at that location. I was fine the only thing that was AWFUL was something you can't control. I took a lot to put gas back where we started because of gas prices. Other than that; it did what I needed to do to complete the task I had to do. THANKS

ROBERT JRancier location was perfect, but copperas cove and Killeen are a joke. I make the reservation for Killeen 3 weeks in advance. 2 days before they call me to tell me that copperas cove will have the truck I need for the pick up day. I drive to copperas cove on the day of pick up only to find that they do not have the truck I reserved 3 weeks ago. Then they tell me to drive to liberty hill which is now an hour and a half drive to get a truck. How can I trust U-Haul on a day like these where planning is essential to someone’s day. I felt that they got one over in me to have to use the smaller truck. Simply because I had to make 3 times the amount of trips just to clear the house when it would have only taken me 2 trips with the bigger one. The lady in copperas cove gave me a credit and said that’s all we can do and to have a good day. I got dismissed from a business as if it was my fault this happened. I would like a refund on my purchase. Spending 4 hours of my love day to figure this out is time I won’t get back and had to turn the truck back in because of work. Again rancier was perfect but I can’t image that these employees understand the value of customer service. Giving me a 50 dollar credit doesn’t solve my issue. It’s a free pass to get me to shut up. Beyond disappointed.

We tried calling the other locations, where put on hold and had no luck getting in contact with them. I would verify what’s available at the specific locations if it’s not an all Uhaul place.

eugene PThe location service was good however I called 5 times and confirmed my rental for a 26 ft truck and when we showed up this morning to pick up vehicle we were told they did not have the 26ft truck and we would have to go to another location and the 20ft truck was the only big use available . Awful expience I don’t understand why confirmed several times our reservation still didn’t matter

Anthony mWhen we initially got the Uhaul we had to clean out the cab, it had a god awful mildew stench. That initially made us angry but we figured that because we had to move in a hurry that , that aspect could be over looked and that we decided to clean it up with some armoral wipes and febreeze spray . Then when it came time to load/unload the loading ramp had difficulty coming in/out; we eventually were able to get it undone by the help of our neighbors. Then when we inspected the floor before putting anything of ours in there , there was already little shards of glass on the floor, also it had looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. We also had a question, you guys used to supply a dolly for moving WITH the Uhaul? If that was to be paid as an extra then we would have been fine with that IF we had known that . Over all we were really unhappy with your service especially when we felt as if we paid high end for a low end product. Thank you, Kelsey Bracknell.

Diana RFrustrated with uhaul, not just this location. Trailer was too small, called uhaul and was told I could return trailer. When we returned it to another location in killeen, 4601 E Rancier Ave, Rightspace Storage, he told us to call uhaul to get out refund and he destroyed the original contract instead of returning it. We have been too busy getting another truck to call Uhaul 800 for the return.
