The online check out was rather difficult. The website wouldn't produce my"drop off location" and you couldn't just type it in. Do after several attempts, I had to use my father in laws phone to complete the check out.

The lady that took care of us knew that we were on a time schedule in order to get the trailer back before 5:30 and she took a really long time to get us taken care of. Also, she HAD to hook the trailer up to our truck and could barely use the dolly to get the tongue off the ground. My husband offered to help and she wouldn't let him. She was aggravated that my husband was laying on the ground to hook up the lights and getting the tongue latch thing to hook to our ball. Then, when we took the trailer back, she didn't even check the trailer out to make sure that we hadn't damaged anything or left it dirty inside. Just poor service!! We reccomend anyone and everyone using a different Uhaul location!!! I have used quite a few Uhaul places in my time and have never taken so long to pull off the lot to be able to use a flat trailer, box trailer or truck.

The cab of the vehicle was not clean. This is not the first time renting here. Spill on the floor. Dirt on the floor of the driver's area. Windows not clean. He should take 15 minutes and clean the interior of the cab. This is the third time I've rented from here. Each time the clerk takes a very very long time to process the rental.

They really need to be a flea market and not a u-haul provider. Basically 1 women trying to do it all. Even after I did all of the registration online I still spent 45 minutes trying to get the truck picked up. Parking lot is not sufficient for large trucks. Check in was about 30 minutes. Checkout process credit card processing was not working correctly.

I picked up the trailer with a differential of 35 lbs of pressure in the tires. Tire pressure should have been at 32 psi. One was near 60 2 more were above 50 and one was at 25 psi's. So time was spent getting the auto transport load ready. This unit was obviously not pre-rental checked. I find that the lack of effort on such a simple pre-check to be unacceptable. After all, other than lights, this check is a critical path to safety.

The people at this location do not have the time knowledge or the overall attitude to deal with the UHUAL associated business. They did not have and did not sale a conversion taillight from 7 point to UHAUL 4 point pig tail. There was one person there handling the primary flee market/coin trade business. When he finally got around to dealing with me and I needed the conversion pig tail device. He said, you have six minutes to get it and then I am closing. Luckily there was a hardware company 4 blocks away that had a pig tail conversion for sale.

This is my second time to return a rental to this location as well as the second employee I've dealt with ... so two different people. Both were extremely SLOW and not very friendly. They weren't knowledgeable about Uhaul's system and by the time I finished returning my truck, three more Uhaul customers were waiting. Just one computer .... and it appears the employees are also responsible for ringing out flea market customers.

Unlocked my credit card to rent a car hauler. Before I could unlock it the next day, some had used my card information to purchase almost $6000 worth of airline tickets. Pretty small window for that to be anyone besides someone from U-Haul. I tell everyone I know how I was taken to the cleaners by U-Haul. Bunch of crooks. On top of all that, the strap on the trailer failed and we limped it to a store and purchased ratchet straps to secure the vehicle.

The truck needs to retire, thought the front end was going to come undone. Gas was at 1/4 full and I returned at 1/4 full, got charged additional $10.00 dollars. Very petty!!! Noise on interior was very loud due to seal on driver side door, remedied with taping door shut and climbing out on passenger side. Interior was not clean!!!

I rented a truck about 2 weeks ago, brought it back and the rep said I needed to fold the blankets. I rented this 15 foot truck last week and the truck box was not cleaned out from the last renter. I find it odd that I‘m required to fold the blankets but they don't clean the trucks.
