The next time someone comes in with equipment malfunction, please make their lives easier by loaning them another vehicle for 20 minutes to allow them to drop off a final small amount of items, especially since they still had 30 minutes of their rental remaining. Also, don't insult the customer by telling them they are not qualified to "diagnose" the vehicle faults when the vehicle insult was flashing warnings signs. And also, if you tell the customer to call roadside assistance, provide with the the correct number. And also, roadside assistance is a joke through phone or website. so don't even refer them to roadside assistance in the first place.

When using the online app to pick up a truck, it would be helpful if a notice could be added to let people know that the verification process can take up to 15 minutes or longer.

The online system is tereible. My reservation was cancelled and incorrect costing me more money bc they couldn't change it at the pick up location. They couldn't change the resevation that was active for fear of losing the rental truck to someone else or not being abke to assign it to me. This eeror cost me an additional $50. I don't expect to hear back from anyone and I bet tgis goes unread.

The whole reservation process was confusing, especially since the store is only open certain hours but online it said I could pick up at any time. I didn’t understand about the Mobile drop off and pick up. It was also confusing that I couldn’t reserve more than 24 hours at a time,

Get rid of the lady that runs that place. Made me return once cause she assumed the furniture dolly was inside the uhaul. Which it wasn't. Then said that I was not able to return the uhaul after 5 pm. So, I had to go back in the morning. Had to call my boss that I was going to be late to return the uhaul. When they had an overnight drop off box there the whole time. Such a big inconvenience. I lost wages cause of that. I will never go back. Then the lady asked me why I was upset.
