Brian SThey do not explain everything thoroughly how they are supposed to then they tried to switch up the numbers, and if I didn’t say anything about my numbers, they wouldn’t have brought it to my attention or even thought about checking the numbers for accuracy. The lady on the phone had an attitude because I was asking for more thoroughly information about why the total was what it was.

RICHARD SGot the haul just fine but they accused me of stealing their dolly and they never gave me one. The man there, harassed me told me that he was going to report me. I didn’t steal anything. I brought the U-Haul from my truck
CORTNEY WThis was a in town rental, advertised as 19.95 for 24, hrs. I’ve never had a in town/in state U-Haul charge mileage. So $19.95 + tax turned into $100+ for less than 24 hrs. Unfortunately, my friend needed it that day and we didn’t have a choice. What an advertising ripoff! Still have businesses that want to get every penny they can. The truck was filthy, rattling, and a rougher ride than usual. I will not be using this location ever again. Not so friendly either! Don’t dare ask a question

Juan HCustomer service could've been better. Paid for an appliance dolly that I never received and wasn't refunded. Insurance was added to my tab after I opted out of it. I also was charged for gas after filling the tank Past where it was when I picked it up. I'm still trying to figure out how my estimated total increased by $30 after driving less miles than estimated. I paid $40 a month ago for almost the exact trip I paid $70 for yesterday. The only difference being this location was actually closer to me and my storage than a month ago.
Larnell BUpon pick up the agent did not notify me of the 3 dolly’s that were on the truck that I did not reserve but I was still charged for. He asked me to start the trucks and check the mileage & fuel. Handed me the slip for signature and said I was good to go. On the paperwork the agent had annotated an additional dolly that was not on the truck which had to be sorted out at drop off. There was also a crack in the windshield that was there on pick up and not annotated in the contract. Over all it felt like a slimy experience. I’ll probably go with Penske on my next military move in 3 years.

Brendan FLady and man at front desk were friendly at first by when I asked if they needed my confirmation number things started to change She told. I much have the truck back by 4:45pm because they closed at that time. I rented the on phone call 1130am to 9;00pm. The phone talk with on phone sent to that location Elise Felix Jr Way not knowing they closed at 5;00pm. When we returned the truck both operators were very rude and try to charge more money. We did take a photo of gas tank number and mileage before we left with truck. They said we have to go by they computer says. We told them that we have photos. You numbers do not match. She told us will email or send a receipt. We told her no we would like one now.Both employees were not able to control there faces we showed are photos. When we were leaving another customer looked very upset also. Very disappointed.
Elly DUhaul needs to provide better customer service so the dealers don't have to be subjected to verbal abuse. I ordered a truck and trailer combo, giving Uhaul PLENTY of time to have them together. Uhaul failed. I picked up my truck at one facility and had to drive an additional 25 miles to pickup the car dolly. I don't work for Uhaul. Why did I have to do y'all's job picking up my truck/car dolly?

Jesse PI returned the truck almost on empty like I was told, but when I got here they said I needed at least 1/4 gas. That totally is the opposite of what I was told and they changed me $53 for gas. I was not happy. Not good customer service miss leading the customer.

Robin WTerrible experience. Move was delayed to due system outage but other people were allowed their trucks. The store owners were rude and condescending. We had to pay movers to stand around while we had no truck, after finally getting our truck the movers left and we spent all night trying to load and unload. We will never use U-Haul again. No customer service and no care for stranding customers. Ridiculous and unprofessional operation.
