When I picked up the truck, the fuel gauge was almost at empty. When I turned on the truck it showed that there were 32 miles to empty. When I arrived at the drop off location the owner or worker there accused me of leaving very little gas in the truck and threw the keys back at me and told me that he did not rent me the truck to take it back to Rio Grande Texas where I rented it from. Other than that, the truck was in perfect working order.

When I arrived to pick up the trailer person seemed like he didn't really know what he was doing. Retuned the trailer and asked a worker outside where he wanted me to park the trailer and he just looked at me without speaking a single word.

People do not rent uhauls regularly so do not assume they know what they are doing. Also a little friendlier wouldnt hurt.

This location should not exist. Not only was it inexplicably closed in the middle of the day with no note, when I reached the “owner” she told me she wouldn’t help me unhook the 6X12 enclosed trailer even if she was there because it is too heavy and she has no equipment to do so, and that she ALWAYS has customers hook up and unhook by themselves. I was flabbergasted. It wasted over an hour of my time, and I had to drive an additional 30 miles round trip to drop off. Also, the location is on an unmarked, unpaved road with a VERY steep incline.

They didn't have my reservation, and then took a long time to make a reservation for me. They were also having computer or printer problems, and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to print my contract.

Well the first thing is when you guys give a quote online make sure you keep it the same that is the only reason i am not going to recommend people to u haul because my online quote said $44 and when i actually went to pick it up it changed to $144. So dont lie to customers.
