jamie lThe truck I got was clean. But passenger seat belt is inoperable. Radio does not work. The vehicle also has poor mileage. Finally U-Haul should consider lowering the cost for mileage due to higher gas prices.
TERENCE CMake sure you have a the correct vehicle at the correct location. So you won't mess up people's plans.

John DThere was an overall equipment shortage (27 ft trucks) in the Rio Grande Valley. This was not Rio Hondo Lumber's fault. They did their best to locate the equipment and keep me advised. I ended up with only a 20 ft truck but it worked out OK. The left brake and tail light quit working on the auto transport, again no fault of Rio Hondo Lumber, but this created quite a time delay after we were on the road.
Donald Kbetter notice. I rented a truck and trailer a month before I needed it. I got the call the day before I had to pick up at 3pm saying there was no truck there. and if I wanted one I would have to drive almost a hour one way to get it. There is no way you can't tell me in your system you didn't know that a truck wasn't going be available long before 3pm the day before. I could have made better arrangements if I had a better notice. And the person I talked pretty much didn't care it was take it or leave it. This will greatly affected my decision to use U-haul again going forward.

Babs GThis place was pretty good but I only came to this location after waiting almost and hour for the guy to show up at Can too auto place in Harlingen . He was like yea maybe I'll show up at 12:30 when it reserved it for 10:00. I had to drive 6 hours and it set me back on my schedule severely. I wasn't able to to pick the uhaul tip 12:45. Also, woman on the phone told me this uhaul place was only 8 miles from my location and when I put it in my maps it was 18 miles. So 40 min in total. The most inconvenient experience of my life!! Just a horrible experience overall.
