There was a great deal of messaging from U-Haul on unavailable sized trucks and locations for my rental. Pickup time was also problematic compared to the time I preferred. This created some scheduling issues for me as I was trying to pickup commercial equipment for my business and had to coordinate additional changes to my schedule and my destination as a result. Just a mess. I will say that I was very happy with the service I received at my pickup location. They were fast and very professional at getting me checked-in and drop off was very easy. I would recommend the location.
