I reserved a truck at Kyles, 2328 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA. It was reserved with my CC but they leased the truck to someone else prior to my arrival. It created a difficult situation since I was arranging for someone to take me to pick up truck.

Location was kind of hard to find because it is ducked off and you have to be actually looking for the location or you will pass it up. Also not in a well lit area, so turning it in at night is not recommended. Also called to asked some questions and got no help. Was given a number to call someone else to ask questions. And even after calling them, I only got rudeness, no help at all.
