U-Haul advertising 5’ wide trailer but the inside rear opening isn’t 5’ wide. The trailer has 5’ on it but it’s not. It causes me almost 4 hours of extra work disassembling item so that I could load it. I a bit pissed off!

RONALD CThe employee had to be asked to help guide the trailer back into the parking location. The employee also did not assist with unhooking the trailer and expected the customer to do the work. The representative was friendly but did not seem to want to assist with getting the trailer dropped off.
