The lady was owner visibly frustrated that there was one person in line in front of me and one behind me. Didn’t know how to access my contract told me that everything was good even though I know I needed a receipt and didn’t have one wasn’t able to remove the appliance dolly from the truck had to have me do it Was easily upset
