Nothing. I had a non-standard sized receptacle and the desk clerk and mechanic on duty were able to resolve my issue quickly.
The guys that helped us at this location were wonderful. They really went above and beyond to help us.

We could not get the app to work to pick up the truck, so after an hour on the phone, we were directed to a different location. The man at River Town was helpful, but he also had issues with the Uhaul computer system. Blankets were not folded when we picked up the truck. When we dropped off the truck we were told to fold the blankets or we would be charged. The lady said she would ask for a credit, no credit received.
I picked up and dropped off after hours. I paid for a dolly but did not receive one. I was told over the phone I would not have to pay for a dolly since I never got one. Please refund that money. Also, when I arrived the truck was parked in the back of the property behind a dumpster wedged between the fence and some U-Haul trailers. I had to physically drag the trailer over in order to get the truck out. I have a photo. I'm not sure what they were thinking. The truck itself handled very well. I hope someone will reach out to me and refund the money I spent on the dolly at least. I have rented from U-Haul many times over the years but this time was not so good. However, all the people I interacted with over the phone were excellent - courteous, helpful and responsive. I really appreciate that and it helps me not be angry about the pick up fiasco. Big thanks to the customer support staff. They are doing a great job.

The first location i picked was changed by uhaul didn't know till i was there at the wrong place.And the person at the first location told me that i made the mistake. Come to find out uhaul changed my location and nobody told me put me behind 2 hours was not a happy camper.

Customer service was excellent. The process was a little frustrating. Used the self check in on mobile phone. The location and time requested was not met at first. Had to call several people to get the right place and time scheduled. Still got a further location then I would have liked. Went to check in and web site kept showing error and had to call to check in and drop off. The people that helped me were very nice tho and it all worked out just a little frustrating.
I scheduled pick up in Garden City, U-Haul called 8pm night before pick-up, not available; had to pickup in Conway, 35 miles away. I was doing move in Murrells Inlet., SC. Change in pick-up at last minute added hour of extra travel time. Dealership in Garden City, SC should be terminated"
