Parking was limited. Had to ask someone to sign my return. They told me that I could just leave with out paperwork??????
Daniel KI paid for the appliance dolly and it wasn’t in the truck. My pick up time was before they opened so I wasn’t able to speak with anyone and I still got charged for it.

STEPHEN TI was not given a dolly that I requested but a family member had one. The website to return the truck was pure awful which is not fault of the location. I was unable to follow the proper steps. I would use this location again.

James EHours were posted close at noon. I got there around 11:18 am. The place was locked up and sign on door said closed. The hitch on a 6x12 is pretty heavy for a 70 year old guy by him self. I did manage to get the trailer off. Needless to say I was not to happy .😠
john DBe on time. Was scheduled to pick up at 8:00 am a week prior. Nobody there to do any paper work until almost 9:00 putting me 1 hour behind my schedule.
JACK KI did a night drop off. I talked to someone during business hours, and she was very helpful in letting me know what to do. The next day my rental was closed out very quickly, so nice job.
David WDropped off after hours, after dark. Parking was limited and questionable as to where to park. Most of the parking was taken up with cars that appeared associated with the garage. Lighting was poor. Signage with lighting could be better.

JANICE GOur pick-up location changed twice from the original pick-up location and Uhaul was very quick to send us the new information. Although I was uneasy about the many changes (and everything ended up working out great), I appreciated the timely response from Uhaul about those pick-up changes.

Barbara MPrimary business is an auto repair. Did not spend enough time in office area to see if it was clean and inviting. However, more U-Haul signage needed for a busy 4 lane highway. Personnel and drop off was efficient and polite.

Michele MWe could not get the app to work to pick up the truck, so after an hour on the phone, we were directed to a different location. The man at River Town was helpful, but he also had issues with the Uhaul computer system. Blankets were not folded when we picked up the truck. When we dropped off the truck we were told to fold the blankets or we would be charged. The lady said she would ask for a credit, no credit received.
Craig fI picked up and dropped off after hours. I paid for a dolly but did not receive one. I was told over the phone I would not have to pay for a dolly since I never got one. Please refund that money. Also, when I arrived the truck was parked in the back of the property behind a dumpster wedged between the fence and some U-Haul trailers. I had to physically drag the trailer over in order to get the truck out. I have a photo. I’m not sure what they were thinking. The truck itself handled very well. I hope someone will reach out to me and refund the money I spent on the dolly at least. I have rented from U-Haul many times over the years but this time was not so good. However, all the people I interacted with over the phone were excellent - courteous, helpful and responsive. I really appreciate that and it helps me not be angry about the pick up fiasco. Big thanks to the customer support staff. They are doing a great job.
