We were redirected to this neighborhood dealer from our desired pickup of U-Haul of El Camino less than 1/2 mile away. Not sure why but we agreed because, in addition to accepting an alternate drop-off location as well, we received a $54 discount. We arrived early and there was only one 10' truck which appeared clean and undamaged. We were asked to wait 15 min past our appointment time for the person to show up to check us out who was apparently out on a service call related to their primary business. Once he showed up, the checkout process was quick. But, it ended up costing us 30 minutes out of a tight schedule and we don't really understand your recurring practice of sending customers out to neighborhood locations instead of letting us pick up exactly where we choose. As for the equipment, it operated well in all respects at first from Sacramento down to our home in Oakley. But, when we went to return it to Concord the next morning, the A/C blew hot the entire way. Definitely needs to be serviced.
