Did not have hand truck and moving pads/blankets on truck. Told the location manager and she had know answer for me. Told the receiving attendee and yet I was still charged for them. Had to hire help because of not having hand truck! I want a credit!!!!!!!

The customer service was very port and not professional, took over a hour after I done the check in online first, also we made reservations on 7-29-20 and was cancelled because of not truck available that day she reschedule for 7-30-20 at a different location at the end of the day on the 29th our reservation got canceled due to not show no one was informed about it being rescheduled very unsatisfied with this while experience!!
