Your representatives including a manager from your managing office...a young lady who represented herself as the office manager colluded with the river bend office to create a lie that was absolutely unnecessary and very shady behavior....she thought that she was someone special and above the truth by doing some very unprofessional tactics...and at the end of the day, I still received my money back that she and her cohort attempted to scam me out of....dishonest, trashy attitude....

Wanted to pickup in the Twin Cities but had to make a “reservation” 45 min away. Then I got a message that my pickup location was 75 min away. What good is the reservation??

What you can do is, get a truck to where I scheduled it rather than trying to make me drive 30 miles or argue on the phone until you find one closer

I am rating this location as poor because of the customer service. The Uhaul sign was super small and there were no Uhaul vehicles anywhere, so I did not know if I was in the right spot. The guy who came out said i could leave keys with him and he would e-mail me the receipt. I said I wanted one before I left. He said he had nothing to give me. And did not know I was even coming. I waited over a half hour for him to do the paperwork as he helped other paying customers. It was not good customer service at all. I have worked in customer service and I know how to give good service. I am truly disappointed with this part of the trip and when I bring my next load up I will not be dropping off here.

I reserved everything online including putting in my credit card information when we picked up the trailer the employee needed it again making the process take longer than it should have.

It took a long time to get checked out as the rep felt he needed to go through all the details. I appreciate that he was probably just doing his job, but feel there could be a "quick" check out process for those of us that are frequent customers and know the requirements.
