Had truck no Blankets, dollies, or carts. They say the company never sends them . Customer service said they must have them. I called customer service back and talked to same agent. She basically called me a liar because i called store and confirm that they didn't have items. Rude, the worst thing thats not even the store I reserved the truck at. Had to drive 20 extra miles to get screwed. Ill try budget next time.

I did not interact with anyone at the drop off location, I just used the self checkout App and dropped the keys in the Dropbox, but the facility did look clean and up kept.
BRYANT CPerhaps make sure maintenance is done properly. So customers are not stuck with a full truck of their belongings with a door that will not close. Setting their move back a day when they are on a tight schedule.
Robert HReceived 26 ft truck. Had ordered blankets and dolly. Was not told they did not have them there so had to go to other location to pick them up. She did loan it at no charge. After loading the entire vehicle stopped to get gas since it was only 1/4 full. As we were about to leave, noticed gas pouring out of a hole in the tank. Had to wait close to two hours for service to arrive He fixed the problem and informed us this was a common problem with these trucks. People drilling hole and stealing gas. If this was known, why wasnt this found at inspection by employees. Made our moving experience a terrible time. I did call customer service and Stephanie Smith was very understanding and helpful
MARY SCheaper pricing would be nice especially when we rent a unit from you every month.
