The person helping me Checked in had to jump through a few extra hoops to get my reservation set up, but he got it done. Really helpful.

The employees were not trained, the uhaul had no 2 wheeler and the store had none, they cancelled my reservation after I called to confirm it, the check engine light was on and It had only 1/4 tank of gas.

Add signs to show where to drop off keys. Do faster verification for online pick up ( I waited over an hour to get verified to pick up my rental
