So nice to have a U-Haul drop off station so close to home they were very knowledgeable efficient and super helpful when we returned our truck .just really great people
Scott MWe dropped the trailer off late on Friday night and there was no one available to check it in, they are only there part of the time. I contacted them the next day and they took care of it.
Nancy BI did NOT opt for the 30 dollar safe move insurance. I was told it was 15. 160 dollars for a day for a 20ft truck is insane. I'll never use uhaul for anything again. I'll make sure and let everyone know the absurd cost and the extra fee I didn't opt for.
Thomas KThe interior of the moving van, storage area and driver’s cab, wasn’t cleaned. Exterior was dirty was well, but no big deal there. The gentleman came out and cleaned the storage area of the van once I told him about it. The cab wasn’t cleaned, but that was ok with me as well as long as the receiving location was OK getting the van in the same condition as I received it. Good experience overall.
Kelley PI would like to know what happened to all of my stuff that was left in the uhaul I rented.... that you came and took after i called orofino (where i rented the uhaul at), once i heard it was reported stolen, to let them know it wasn't and that i was currently getting it unloaded so that i could get it returned that night? I have not heard back from orofino about how to get my stuff back or contacted about that you would even come get it!! I was told that each day would cost $54, which I believed this to mean, since a business helped me financially to obtain the uhaul, that if the uhaul was not returned on the day specified (that the business paid up to that specified day) that it would cost ME $54 each day after. I have not received a letter, a phone call... nothing from anyone... telling me anything of why the uhaul was taken without my knowledge when it was parked at the storage unit that I was renting. I'm sure it was obvious, by the things on the ground in front of the storage unit, that I was getting the uhaul unloaded, just as I had stated to the lady i called and talked to at the place I rented the uhaul from in orofino idaho. ALEXANDER BThe windshield washer fluid was low and I was traveling in the winter over 1600 miles. This is something that was needed. The truck was new and in good condition overall.
AMY RI reserved my truck online and expected an appliance dolly to be available, it wasn’t. I completed my move without the appliance dolly only to find out that the contract showed that I had rented one. My contract is now on hold until this gets sorted out.

NANCY SThe U-Haul employees at Riverside Lanes were wonderful! The vehicle was clean and in good condition. My only complaint was the "interference" from U-Haul "corporate" (out of state agents or associates) who didn't seem to be on the same page at our local U-Haul agents at Riverside Lanes. The calls and offers of assistance from far flung U-Haul associates were confusing, unnecessary and annoying. The experience, overall, was top notch, but the process would've been even better if U-Haul would let local agents make on-site decisions that make the best sense for their customers.

SHELLIE SWhen I arrived at the location, I was greeted quickly by the manager and staff member. They did the walk around and ask me the standard questions. It was an easy return.
CINDY BI returned the uhaul early to Riverside Lanes but they never showed that I had I even returned it even though The man had checked it in 12hrs early but I guess it never showed up. The overall experience was a pain. I asked if I would get a receipt but nothing had showed up I then got a message from you the next day telling me I needed to return the truck even though it was checked in so I thought 12hrs earlier
Niki PI needed to make a few adjustments because of some changes that happened in my life that went perfectly no problem no issues at all. The equipment, truck and Auto Hauler performed wonderfully. It was perfect in every way.
THOMAS O73-year-old man with Parkingson's forced to man handle a 5'x8' trailer into parking spot is not a good thing. Fortunately, a young man stopped to assist me.

Kenneth ADrop off location immediately set trailer to the side for poor tires. Very little knowledge about trailer functions on pick up.
