AMBER JI put 7 miles on the truck. I replaced 1 gallon of gas. I have the receipt. The person at Riverside Sporting Goods (Tanner) said that he had personally checked the gauge the night before and it was full when I left. So, he charged my credit card for 3 additional gallons of gas. I turned him into the Indiana Consumer Protection Division. How can 7 miles result in 4 gallons of gas? It can't. I have the receipt. 9 months ago, he pulled the same stunt. He told me the truck had 3/8 of a tank. As soon as I got out of the parking lot, a beeping started and the light said "4 miles until empty." So, I put 20 dollars in it at the nearest station. When I told him, he just shrugged his shoulders. It's a scam. Just say there's more gas than the actual, and profit on every gallon of gas you charge for. I also turned it into the Indiana Attorney Generals Office. They adivised me to sue. Once they have enough complaints for a larger amount, they will take action. Beginning Monday, I will more time to begin posting on Change.org/ BBB/ Yahoo Reviews/ etc. and also file a case. I was given a number to call to speak to someone about beginning a class action suit. I don't care about that. I want my 12 dollars and change that the thief stole from me. Sincerely, Randy Rolph
Randy RWe rented a 26ft. truck and a car trailer. The truck smelled so strong of cigarettes! It took 1/2 day to air it out slightly. Our only complaint.

GARY TRiverside Sporting was awesome, he had a couple sporting good customers. When I walked in he acknowledged me asked what I needed. It’s Labor Day he asked his customers if there was anything else they wanted or needed help with, they said no then he came right over and rented me the trailer. He was so good to work with I tipped him $50. Now the first place I tried to rent from that morning T&T in south Marion IN is an ass, when I arrived about 10am his doors were up there were people working inside. I stood in the front waiting/office area 10-15min nobody came forward so I walked out into shop to gentlemen to my left working on a truck I spoke asking about renting a trailer one man walked off the second said they were busy weren’t open couldn’t rent me a trailer. come back tomorrow!! That didn’t fit my time schedule as I had to pickup equipment at 1pm that day and travel to High Point NC to drop off and pickup different equipment there and take to OKC. I pray someone tells that man at TNT that he missed that $50 tip!!

scott o3434 U-Haul I had. I needed road side assistance because of the gear shift came loose. But other than that it was fine.
AUSTIN BRental unit was marked as in perfect condition but when I arrived for pick up there was a large hole in the driver side fender. I reported it immediately on the check-in checklist. But people who borrow need to be honest and u-haul needs to have someone who inspects their products regularly when they have a partnered company who has these on site. Not very good business and leasing ethics.
ADAM RThis place was selected for me after I already selected a drop off place. There is a detour/construction right next to it. The GPS said it was 6.3 miles away and the construction signs said the road was closed in 6.2 miles away so I figured I had to take a detour since my GPS also said I needed to. Miles and time kept getting added which made me late for the drop off. I had calculated in 211 miles and only used 187. It was a Sunday so the place was closed and I had to do everything over the phone which was a hassle as I had little to no phone signal. I had my pick up time AND location changed on me, per U-Haul; I had my drop off location changed on me, per U-Haul request. Everyone knows moving is stressful especially on a tight budget, with kids and being a move out of state.
Taylor KU-Haul was late, didn’t get a discount or anything even though the website says $50 guaranteed if the U-Haul is late. Very rude customer services.

JOHN WThough there was a "no smoking" sticker in the cab, someone had obviously been smoking in the cab. I am super sensitive to smoke. I do know the truck I used was a drop off from out-of-town that arrived shortly before I picked it up, so it didn't have the chance to air out. So fault of the customer before me (shame on them). Also--need for more cargo vans in this area. The guys at Riverside were very helpful, answered my many questions & reassured me that I could safely handle the small truck. But I really prefer a cargo van. Thanks.

Mark SWe placed our reservation in advance for a trailer and cart/moving dolly. When we arrived the morning of pickup, there was no moving cart. Luckily, we knew someone who had one to lend to us, or we would have been stuck without one which was necessary for our moving task. We should have been alerted before pickup that a cart was not available, or this location should have tracked one down and had one available. Because of this, I may recommend your service to a friend but with hesistation.
Dale SHave the vehicle reserved on site. Twice I have reserved a cargo van and been given a box truck. It got the job done, but wasn't what I wanted. That being said, the person who was working was very nice, helpful, & had a good knowledge of the process. He's one of the reasons I would rent from there again.

Jesus OThe vehicle was loud, cab doors didn't seal well so the wind noise was insanely loud, had a terrible exhaust leak, struggled to do highway speeds. Plus there was a small hole in the box so a little water came in. Why uhual rented me a truck with 199k miles is crazy. The location I got it from was amazing thou.

Robert BMake sure truck has full tank of fuel and make sure it is clean prior to use. It was filthy in the bed and had to be cleaned prior to use. That is unacceptable. I have rented many times before and have not had this experience prior times. Very disappointing.

betty lI had the truck reserved until 3, and I was told that someone else reserved the truck starting at 3. I thought that was weird to not have any time in between for inspection.
Allison KI was charged $144 for my uhaul, but they pulled out an extra $100 since it was a prepaid car. I returned the uhaul last night at Riverside in Marion, IN. i’ve yet to get my $100 back into my account like they said it would.

Bryce CNeeded my truck rental in gas, city, Never receive my confermation call as promise. So i called to conferm and was told to pickup in marion,indiana. I went to Marion,ind to pickup and could not get self service to let me check in. So i had to call Uhaul and expain this problem 30 min. Later i was able to get my truck I was late to pick up my items by 30 min..pickup at my appointment Witchput me last to be loaded.. Thanks UHaul...... I rent a least 6 times a year and this time was very unprofessional provded...... Truck wipers are worn out. Could not clean the windsheld with out stoping and getting out of truck to self clean. Lucky it did not rain..Tommy
