Clean the trucks as my had grease throughout the back of the truck that got on my furniture, I reserved a appliance dolly and even call days ahead to verify that it will be ready and I was advised it would be there, it was not there which made the move much harder

Caleb MSelf check in was used. Site of drop 9ff was just average. Employee was out side smoking and smelled heavily of the devils lettuce, Mary Jane, ganja, reefer. You get my point.
SCOTT HI would not recommend U-Haul to anyone, I tried dealing with the U-Haul dealer on 15th st and the lady was LESS than helpful and couldn’t care less. I went to the location where I was actually able to rent one, it was supposed to be one way to Orlando and they had the return location 7 miles from where I rented it in Panama City, trying to get anything accomplished on the phone was a nightmare. Never again will I use U-Haul and I will tell everyone I come into contact with to STAY AWAY from U-Haul!

The guy I returned it to had all kinds of trouble figuring out how to charge my card, first he called me after I had already left telling me my card was no good, which it was, I couldn’t understand a damn thing he was saying and had to return to the store, then tried another card which also said error. I tried to pay with cash and he would not except it. I told him something was wrong with his system and that he could call me once he figured it out, but he continued to keep trying until he finally figured out what he was doing wrong. I feel he definitely needs more training and the language barrier with him was terrible.
JACKIE BI was originally going to load this truck with disaster relief donations, in Panama City, FL, and drive them to Lincolnton, NC, and drop the vehicle off, a week later, in Lincolnton. I ran into snags with logistics of getting the donations to the victims in NC, so I did the collection in Panama City, and never left town, dropping the goods off at a local church, for further disposition to victims. I spoke with UHaul in Charlotte, NC, and Broward County, FL, about my issue, and they told me to simply return the vehicle to Rizzy Stores 3, where I picked the vehicle up. I did so, and had no issues, and got a considerable refund, as I ended up only putting about sixty miles on the truck. Very grateful, and the truck was well maintained and very clean. Mark Dreyer

DAVID WPoint of sale is a gas station where the attendant will stop the process of renting your equipment to sell someone a slurpee. The truck was in need of front suspension/steering overhaul. It felt very sloppy. The cargo area was very dirty as well. G
ORLANDO MI rented a trailer, the equipment was clean and ready for pick-up as reserved. Upon dropping the trailer, I was having a difficult time getting it off of my hitch- it was very heavy. The owner and his son assisted in getting the trailer off the hitch efficiently. Highly recommend this Uhaul company.
Jennifer MThe lady working was excellent. Very professional and knowledgable. She is a fantastic resource. The van needed replacement windshield wipers and was infested with roaches. I don't mean palmetto bugs; I mean German cockroaches. I was smashing and swatting them throughout the entire ride. Feel free to refund 1/2 my expense. I will not be using U-Haul ever again.
Jeffrey HHad a hard time communicating with the clerk due to his lack of the English language. Trailer was dirty inside. Will bot go back to this location.
DENISE JThey were inexperienced with the car transport....didn't recognize the hitch wad too low. Had to go to a different facility to fix the height of the hitch. Pickup took 2 hours which included going to the additional facility. Upon drop off it was discovered the ratchet strap system were faulty and unable to be released.
Steve KThis location was terrible. I could not understand the employee, it took way too long for a pre-reserved truck, and they did not have the supplies in which I reserved available. All around it was a terrible experience.

Daniel BDirty van when I got it. After drving 3 miles low oil light came on. I checked the oil and it was low by 2 quarts which I filled. At the end of use I parked the van in my warehouse. The next day I had an oil spill on my floor. I told the agent and he said to use the ap to report it. I checked it in and left.
Thomas SThe only reason I went to this location was the availability of a pickup truck. Joe was helpful but the online system shut down on him in the middle of the rental process. He also insisted the truck be returned to his location. The truck ran and drove well but it was not clean.

ERICA WThe location is good. Employees are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We have experienced difficulties with the app when returning our trailers. For some reason the app always thinks we've had an accident and/or tries to make us pay for a trailer that has already been paid for. Other than that we have no complaints about the Rizzy Store or U-Haul
Mark MWhen I attempted to return the U-Haul the person kept taking customers and said I would have to wait 45 minutes. Ultimately she was not able to go out and check the truck so I returned it online gave her the key and left. When I showed up for the rental the day before I was told that the truck was missing. Seems that the truck had been checked out to someone who had not done paperwork. Ultimately they were able to locate the truck and make the people return it so I was able to get my rental. They attempted to give me one of the huge trucks instead which I did not want to drive.
Steven KThis turn in was the worst. The first store I was sent to, had me waiting over an hour to turn in because there was a mixup on whether they could take me or not. Uhaul city manager said no, uhaul over the phone said yes, store manager was confused, I was tired, just wanted to go home and rest. Finally I got a second location about 20 miles from this one that would take after hours turn in, got there and another mixup, my turn in wasn't updated, so I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for this, called uhaul to speed it up. By the time I parked the trailer, the store had swapped employees and the new employee had no idea what to do. Told me to come back when somebody that knows what they're doing is working. While uhaul was on the phone trying to find me another turn in location, the store employee came out and said I can do the online turn in. The entire turn in process took me close to two and a half hours and 25 miles from my delivery address. Horrible experience, I will be honest. I will save up to buy my trailer and rent from someone else next time. No reimbursement or a voucher from uhaul for my time and fuel wasted trying to return their equipment to the "correct" stores. Thank you but no thank you uhaul.

MARC TThe equipment I rented (hand trucks) or (dolly) was not there even though I paid to rent it it was not available and there was no where for me to click that I did not get it in the online process. So I ended up paying for something I was not able to use I then had to go buy a dolly somewhere else not happy!
