My only complaint is I thought when I ordered a one-way it wouldn't cost me any extra but apparently it does because when I dropped it off they said I went over my miles and they added an extra $27 I paid it such is life, but I should have been told that it's not a set price. I just went to the first U-Haul store ordered my U-Haul which was in Apache junction my storage was in Mesa I picked up my storage then home to the drop off city of globe and was charged another $27 over milage plus over 250 I already spent on one way truck so that was a little ridiculous but overall my experience was perfect it couldn't have went anymore smooth just the money thing they should have told me that at the time to pick up but no big deal.

This was not my original pick up. I was notified the day before my original pick up did not have the item I rented had to drive an hour to go get an item that I had ordered two weeks prior, not happy. I had driven over 500 miles specifically to the location to pick up the trailer to drive back only to be notified the day before how does that work? What if you hadn’t had the trailer somewhere in Phoenix not sure if I would recommend U-Haul or not if this is how you run your business. If I order and submit payment for a trailer I expect a trailer to be there

We could not find the location. There was no signage. We used GPS and could not locate the store. We found other UHaul locations but they refused to rent us the trailer. We wasted 2 hours until the store called us and directed us to where they were located

Reservation and APP disjointed. Scheduling did not know whether we rented a truck or cargo trailer. Every time I tried to confirm reservation, it was a different trailer size.
