The U-Haul trailer I rented did not have trailer brakes and I was going to pick up a truck which needs trailer brakes. I called U-Haul and they would not let me stop and change it without paying for another van. The jerks wouldn’t give my money back, which is bull crap because I didn’t get to haul my truck so not so much as the location as much as U-Haul itself, I did try to call the lady that rented it. She didn’t answer. She was going to the hospital for something though, jerk move U-Haul you lost a customer and fix your trailer breaks. You freaking idiots before it causes someone to get hurt!

John TThey said i drove truck 96 miles that's impossible. I only moved 5 miles away. It took 4 trips. I was pist off. I think the guy working there is dishonest and set miles up on truck.

Devin ACalling customer service was terrible! I kept getting switched back and forth between people. There should be an easier way to add a couple hours to a rental than that. The website is also terrible… I was having the hardest time trying to check in the truck once we were done and it kept saying session had failed.

claude cNot necessarily the location’s fault besides their business hours being wrong on the uhaul website than what they actually are. on Friday we got a 26 foot uhaul ($70 + .89 per mile). We didn’t get everything in one trip so on the way back to Kentucky, I placed an order to get another uhaul on Sunday at 8am from the same place but a 20 foot ( $50 + .69 per mile). On Saturday I received an email stating that there were no 20 foot uhauls at that location so they upgraded me to a 26 but with the 20 foot rate and I have to get it at 10am. We thought that was stupid because we wanted to leave earlier than 10 and there’s no point in switching. So we called uhaul on Saturday, the guy said that in order to get that rate we would have to switch out our 26 for a 26. Stupid but that’s what we did. We show up on Sunday at 10a and the place isn’t even open - closed on Sunday - and there was no way of switching. So I called uhaul again and told them the situation and I was told to just keep the current uhaul and they’ll cancel my Sunday pickup and give me the .69 cent rate since the store was closed and we were there to do the trade as told. Aggravated because it’s 10am and we wanted to leave earlier and we got told something different on Saturday’s call. Anyways. Come Monday morning and we return the uhaul, I was not given the .69 cent rate AFTER the guys assured me that the change was made. They charged me for the .89 rate. I’m not sure how this situation is going to be handled but as of right now I am not happy.
Courtney PI was charged for merchandise that was broken when I received it. Should have been checked before I picked up the truck. It was raining the whole time I had the truck I was charged cleaning because there was mud in the back of the truck which the truck was swept out. Very unhappy with the extra money that was put on to my rental. It was not broken buy me I received it broken
