Easy drop off location close to where we needed to be but the service wasn’t all that great. Staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t give clear instructions on what was needed to finish the drop off process

WANDA WI chose the mobile pickup option so that I could pick up the truck at 6AM. I even confirmed the pickup day and time a few days before. When I went to pick up the truck at 6AM sharp I was told that I had to wait until 8AM for the business to open because someone hadn’t put the keys in the lock box. Just make sure you practice what you preach.

CHRISTOPHER KMy only disappointment was not having the truck that I had ordered a week before pickup. I did my application online but when I arrived they had rented the last one out. We were late getting started so we were late turning it back in . It helped having the truck because we had nothing to moved my daughters stuff so I did over look the mistakes. I will probably think twice before I use I haul again. And also I was told since I was unable to get the truck that I had reserved that I could get the next size up for the same price. That did not happen either because I was charged on the bill.

Nicole LThis location was very far from my apartment so maybe would work better for someone else. My main problem was that the radio DIDN'T work! It was a very long 5 hours without a radio! I think should be refunded something, even $25 would be good.

Barbara HDrop off location was nothing but a mudhole , poor location to try to park a truck and trailor , got stuck trying to back trailor over curb into their mud lot.
KERRY MStop charging for every little thing. Deposit to expensive n whenever da truck is returned, don't expect any kind of descent money back. A total rip off. I will not deal with Uhaul again. I don't know if location even makes a difference at this point. Definitely didn't make my moving experience any easier. Didn't run into this type of problem eight years ago when I used Uhaul to move. I can see charging for mileage if u r going out side of da county, but to go from Jonesville to Union n back is ridiculous. Then u got to have ins n case something happens to da truck. That's another charge. Anybody with common sense is gonna get it. So I feel dat should b added into da price n mileage within da county stopped. U people r bleeding people dry. It's hard enough moving, n then u got to b worried about how many miles they gonna charge u for. The Pitts for me.

DIANE RThe service at the location was great. However, the price to use this truck ended up being outrageous. $150 including gas is too much. I regret doing it and will not do it again. Definitely not worth the money, next time we'll be borrowing trucks from friends.
Becky WI did not appreciate the staff member that helped us preaching to us about his religion while we were in the process of getting the reservation. Although I respect all beliefs that was clearly the wrong time and place and not only made me uncomfortable but delayed my moving process even more.

MARIA HGentleman called me the next morning and informed me in a polite manner that my miles were over and I would be charged. This happened in the upmost professional manner I could expect. This location has truly been the the best experience I have ever had with u-haul. This one time phone call I had with this location is the only reason I will consider u-haul for other moves.

Dennis RThe only issue was I had to drive 28 miles to pick up a truck which was confirmed to be 3 miles away. The personnel was great to deal with.
MICHAEL LI fail to purchase insurance.When I went back the next day, they refused to allow me to purchase insurance. Your website states insurance can be purchased with reinspection. I had to drive over 400 miles with no insurance.You need better training for your agents.
JAMES JOn this particular truck, the fuel gauge needs to be corrected. Or corrected on computer about amount of fuel in tank.
RUTH BTo be fair there was only one man working at the hardware store in Jonesville SC But the truck needed and oil change and servicing. There was a yellow light indicating this. The inside cab was a mess and there was not a 1/4 of a tank in the truck. I do like using u-haul and will not affect future rentals but the the poor guy was the only one operating the store and trying to help me with the rental.
