i ASKED FOR A PLATFORM CRRIER, and because of that my pickup location was changed to another town, an extra 16 km. At that location the operator had faulty device for paying, I did not know what had been chrged, probably everything. The platform carrier was NOT PROVIDED!Ken B.

Received an email from u-haul to pick up the trailer and nobody was there in Stevensville. The emails that I received from u-haul are not clear on why you sent me Stevensville instead of Niagara Falls. I booked in Niagara Falls. Payment was also an issue. I would consider a different rental company next time!Kevin B.

Make sure location is notified of pick up. That employees are FULLY trained, no small children running around around bugging customers. Yard is more easily accessible. Woman was polite, but scattered. Felt totally frustrated when I left businessJames K.

It was Saturday afternoon when we returned the truck and the shop was closed. The name of the shop has a different name now. Why does it ask on the box for the contract... I did not leave my contract.. because that is for me. What is that all about? thanksmargrate D.

Although Rob did discount the vehicle and was very accommodating..I was not shown how to work the tow or the latch on the back of the truck.. when I got to my destination the latch was frozen shut and I had to ask for assistance to get it open. It was freezing outside and I was not happy that I had to de-ice the vehicle! I would probably rent from this location again though solely on the convenience.. as it's so close to my home.karina L.
I was ignored by the staff/mechanics. I waited 10 minutes and then went into the garage and told one of the mechanics I was there to pick up a rental. He told me Rob was out on a test drive and he'll help me when he gets back. When Rob arrived he was very personable and helpfulDayle R.

Did not have the truck vaillableat out elected pick up and wanted us todrive over 20k topick up. That would have put us just over the 400k as we had worked it out within 10k. Also we would have had to find someone to tale us there as we were driving the uhaul back. We were offered a different size truck from our chosed depot at no extra cost but only after I called to say it wasnt satisfactory.Jeffrey H.

After booking a uhaul for Sunday in one city and receiving a confirmation email I received another email days later telling me that the uhaul had to picked up on Saturday in a different city and at a completely different pick up time. After visiting the original location that I had booked the uhaul from I was told that they would see what they could do to have the uhaul brought to the city for the day and I time I had booked, I explained that i couldn't pick up the trailer at the time and date that they gave me because it was the same time as my mother;s funeral. Well the uhaul I spoke to never followed up and never called back so I called the phone number they had given me and talked to a lovely lady who was sympathetic but told me that unless I picked up the trailer at the day, city and time that they said I would not have a trailer. I booked the trailer so that I could attend my mother's funeral and the time, city and date was originally confirmed by the company by email. Instead they changed my order. Instead of greeting people I was 15 minutes late for the funeral because of having to drive to this other city before they closed for the day. uhaul told me it was my fault because I did not confirm the order 2 days before. If they did not have what I needed why did they confirm it ? Use another company in the future.Kim M.

I dropped the trailer off at the location and from what i'm gathering there was no one there the following day. I am very concerned that instead of sending staff from another location to check if the trailer was there I was immediately sent an email indicating that I did not return the equipment. The email stated that they had tried to contact me but there was no record of that. I think further checks by your company staff need to be done before contacting a client and advising them that they haven't returned equipment.Steve R.
