NATALIE RThis location needs a bell or buzzer when a customer walks in. I had to track down an Rep in the back of the repair shop causing myself to enter an employee only area after waiting several minutes for someone to show, so I made it happen and from there all went quickly and smooth.

randy sWent to this location one month prior to reserve a 10 ft. truck. On the day of the reservation I went to pick up the truck and it was not there - it had been sent to Pendleton, Oregon (50 miles away) for pick up. I had to rent a trailer instead. Jacob at Rock and Sons was excellent, professional and very helpful. My question is why was the truck diverted away from this location.

Afsaneh ZWhile I was happy with Rock and Sons overall I am very unhappy with Uhaul, I requested a 26’ truck weeks before my move and wasn’t told until too late to find other accommodations that I could only get a 20’ truck. They did give me an 8’ trailer but that hardly made a dent in the size difference. I ended up having to leave several furniture items that I now have to travel 1900 miles to recover. That is a huge expense for me as well as time consuming. I won’t be using Uhaul again.

Terry MThe problem isn't the location, it's UHaul as a company, but no option was available to rate UHaul, the company. We had our reservation moved from La Grande to Pendleon, then to Hermiston with 41 minutes' notice. Then when I wanted to return the equipment to La Grande, as per our original booking, it took me a lot of effort to make that happen. Without Gavin's help we'd have been further inconvenienced by having to return the equipment to Hermiston. As a company you should have procedures in place to make it a fulfilling customer experience and so that we're not put out by UHaul's rigid policies. I get that from your side the equipment was returned to a different location but that's not an issue I caused and you shouldn't pass the problem onto the customer, you should work to fix the issue. The book "Moments of Truth" from the 1990s is a book UHaul directors should read and apply - it would fix the problem and the sour taste left by renting from UHaul.

Bryan SThey told me there was undocumented damage on the trailer. I did not cause any damage at all. I'm sure the sketchy place I picked it up from did not do an inspection when the trailer was brought to them. I'm not sure if I will ever use U-Haul again because of this. I know I will never go to the business I picked it up from again.

reina lI was surprised that the trailer hookup was very manual at this location. And by that, I only am commenting on the fact that the agent manually picked up the trailer front and man-handled it my hitch for the hook up. The agent did a wonderful job. I am glad I didn't try to pick up outside of business hours though.

Anthony LJacob was awesome. He explained everything for me. It was my first time renting a u-haul. He made it so easy to add on a extra day. Nick suggested the trailer with a ramp and boy was I glad! Returning the trailer was again so easy thanks to Jacob. Great guys and would highly recommend Rock and Sons for uhaul rentals.Thankyou guys!!

David HReceived a text message before leaving that indicated I was taking a trailer with a specific license #. The number sent to me was different than the one on the trailer I received. I had no problems with the unit and am grateful for this but when I notifid the attendant at the time of my departure, he indicated I would receive another text with the proper license number. I never received another text.

Donald MThe sales rep was kind on the day of rental, but was very rude the day of return. We extended the rental time and only needed a few extra hours and was charged for a whole extra day at a way higher rate. Mileage is charged $1.00 a mile guestimate of 120 miles and only went 99 did not recieve money back on the overcharge of mikes. We ended up paying the $40 for one day rental and another $79.00 for the next day was told to have truck returned by 7 AM and had to pay a $20 "after hours fee" when the place opened at 8 AM and the sales rep was there at 7:30 to Complete his own inspection. Original charges were $175.75 in the end I payed $256.and some change pretty bad when they lure you in with what you think is a good deal amd end up charging you way more than you expected to and the equipment isn't the greatest.

That I could have saved if it wasn't for the horrible experience at the pick up place. An for printing out the contract that I should have gotten when I picked up. These guys were so very helpful.
